Review 2：Everything, location is just perfect. Beach front. Staff friendly but due to my last minute cancellation of airport transfer, their staff seem like unhappy. However overall is good for the hotel

Review 3：Due to small boats arriving & departing from Ao nang Pier across the road from the hotel, the noise through out the day can be truly disturbing! Its like a big truck taking off every 5 minutes! Evening after sunset is peaceful. Morning this noise will surely wake you up from your sleep. Mine was beach front room & more closer you are to the beach, more boat noise will bother you. Price for that room was too much. AC cooling not effective enough.

Review 13：One of our rooms smelled of mold and damp. Hotel charged us for water and drinks we never had from the fridge! Be sure to check what waterbottle is free and check the small forms they put on the fridge of what they fill up the fridge with, so you don't have to pay for wrong items...

Review 15：Unfortunately we had a few problems with the room.We had a pool access room which had a very bad sewer odour in the bathroom.We reported it a number of times but there was no improvement so we finished up buying our own toilet harpic to address the problem ,with limited success. We believe it was a general problem with the ground floor plumbing rather than the room.We also had a very old box TV.which had 32 channels ...all in Thai. The only Thai people at the Hotel were the staff!! We asked for some English channels when we found out some other guests had 65 channels including BBC and CNN. They worked on our TV with no success and as a result they came back within 10mins with a new flat screen TV still in its box,we were astounded.They must have their own supply.This was day 4 of our 7 night stay. We then asked that while they were at it if we could have hot water for our shower rather than lukewarm!! So on day 4 we scored a new TV and hot water .Wow!! So we recommend room 116 ...its had a make over. All that being said ,the staff could not have been nicer. I think the fact we were there for a longer period enabled us time to work through the language issues which was evident.

Review 16：Location was excellent,right opposite the beach,long tail boats taking you to various other beaches and the main shopping centre with heaps of restaurants and tourist shops etc.Friendly staff adequately appointed room and nice pool area.Also good variety at the buffet breakfast.

Manager wouldn't give me a refund and was unhelpful/rude, making me write out a statement for reasons why I wanted to leave whilst she and her staff stood glaring at me, then arguing the fact that room smelled.I tried 2 rooms, both no good.

Review 30：Hotel next to the ocean, next to the beach and then exit to the street where the boils whole life. There's a number, and tourist police office and Ticket to the islands, all close by. The hotel staff is very welcoming, smiling, ready to help in everything, there is also a spa and salon and a tour desk. there is a cool pool, you can splash around in it for hours and even seen the ocean, even from the bar drinks are served, cool! Generally a great place

Review 32：The staff are very nice and friendly. They were enthusiastically willing to help you as much as they can. The location is great! Long-tail boats are right in front of the hotel. Breakfast and other food at the restaurant were awesome. We had great time there.

Review 33：When the staff moved my car I was on the balcony of the room. This enabled me to watch the man going through the glove compartment and central storage in my car. Nothing was taken but that is not the point.

Review 35：Bad breakfast, no cheese and no bacon. Expensive beachbar, but nice entertainment. Wierd room layout, separate shower & wc and a tub in the middle of to room? Nasty showercurtain. No good sunspots by the pool area, and few places to lay down. Pool is only 1.40 m deep.

Review 53：Wifi was not available in my room. Had to go outside my room in order to get the wifi connection. Seaview room has big trees blocking the view. Only part of the sea can be seen. Pool always have fallen leaves and sand (maybe from the beach). Breakfast was ok just less variety. Many flies were seen near the exposed bread. Should have a cover for it.

Review 54：Location is superb. Very close to the beach. Room space is just nice but we were very comfortable. Bath tub is big. Staffs were very welcoming. Thumbs up to their room service. We booked 2 tours and 1 taxi ride to the airport at the hotel. All went smoothly.

Review 73：Lots of little things were missing from the room which is surprising considering the price. Eg: No set-up to dry clothes. No hair dryer. The kitchenette only has a sink, while other places we've stayed at, had pans, plates, bowls and cutlery. The staff was nice enough, however, housekeeping didnt do very well. On several occasions, i had to clean my bathroom myself, since it was easier than calling reception or housekeeping to explain. Which brings me to my last point... none of the staff speak very good english, so be prepared to have your calls transferred a few times before someone can understand what you need. Provided you speak in monosyllables.

We scrapped ourselves and left immediately! No staff in sight!!!!! Dropped key back and told staff what happened and all they seemed interested in was finding out if we used the mini bar!!!! Do not reccomend this place. Very unsecure!!!!

The view of our room, 2416, was great, overlooking the Phang Nga Bay. The hotel is just stone throw off the beach and with the long-tail boat "centre", making it truly a gateway of Ao Nang Beach. Having breakfast by the beachside restaurant id definitely soothing.
