Review 1：Staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will be going back monthly and the staff have volunteered to help me find some things I will need at the time.

Review 2：One elevator is broken, a lot of staff using the rest elevator makes overload. Hotel is under renovation that makes noise all days long, receptionist took cash without receipt as official evidence to show that full payment is paid when check out

Review 3：Not even a smile or greeting from staff on arrival. Room smelled ofmould. Filthy walls. Noisy exhaust fan. Air cond not cool enough. Couldnot get shower hot. No beach umbrella/bed supplies. Wifi hit &miss. Poor excuse for balcony.

Review 7：The hotel was dirty. Cigartte buts on the floor in the restaurant ,mouldy bathroom in the suite room. Awful breakfast buffet, and had tohave a follow up breakfast. The building noise of the renovations, noisewoke us up at 7am. Recommend to stay elsewhere. Although options are fewin this town. Perhaps the Life Wellness Resort would have been a betteroption, or the Kiwi backpackers across the road. Dirty beach to match.
