Review 1：The food was terrible, if you don't like salad you've had it,worse than any AI i've ever stayed in to think it's 5 star. Many people Including myself my brother in law and his partner became really sick.

Review 3：The hotel is really not like the pictures they show you. More than a hotel of high standing it is like a simple youth hostel. The restaurant is self service and the tables are not cleaned (so you have to grab your own fork and knife), food is of very low quality and often recycled in the following days. We also found ants in the coffee machine!! The room is really not like the pics! We had to ask to change because the first room was falling apart, the second room was a little better but still.. Far from 5 stars hotel! The wifi worked only in the public zones (not in the rooms) but was really slow.

Review 4：Receptionist when we arrived were rude and unhelpful, the smell of sewage in the hotel which cleared around the sixth day of my stay.

Review 9：I am so pleased with everything. The most amazing thing was the guest relation...I would like to thanks Ms Gemzeh (manager) also her friendly & helpful staff. They make our holiday great with their smile, help and advise. I will defenitely go back this hotel again.

Review 10：The air conditioning did not work properly in our room and the elevators are a real problem..too many rooms/people and you have to wait a very long time..quite frustrating!

Review 12：The hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. The facilities were in bad condition, and there was no wifi in the rooms. If you go on vacation for resting, it is not a place for you. There is very loud music on the beach, it was impossible to read anything or enjoy the sound of the waves hitting the beach. Also it was impossible to get a good night sleep, because all town was like a cheap party place, and the rooms did not have sound isolation. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. The receptionists were rude and helpless, they were not able in anyway to resolve any problems.

Review 13：No pool towels available after 6 pm. If I want to swim in the evening I should be able to. Also a sign to place on my table so I can go get more food or desert would help. People put taking my table.

Review 15：The hotel is over rated as a 5* hotel. Over priced for the kind of facilities it has. Rooms are small and average. Swimming pools are small, Food is average, wifi is so slow and limited to public areas not the rooms.

Review 17：Arriving 10pm and not having any food available till midnight. Had to search outside the hotel to find somewhere open which wasn't easy. Ended up with a kebab which wasn't nice. Also Ilbruhamin the manager on duty charged us a different price than expected and was very rude when showing him our booking.com receipt. Literally pay or go to another hotel. He also would not give us advice as to where we could get food .

Review 18：The whole hotel is lovely. Glad we upgraded to the relax rooms as they were just that with an amazing view as well. Both food and drinks were excellent. Disappointed the other restaurants were not open as to early in the season. Certainly deserves 5 star rating as one member of staff was not nice.

Review 21：View from balcony was over looking a rooftop thats was overgrown and covered in weeds. Planter box on balcony also just full of over grown grass which made it feel like maintenance had been neglected. They say there is entertainment on every night but it doesn't start at the time it states and no variety.

Review 23：At night veeery loud, beds are super small, rooms and common areas of hotel are not clean at all. When we just checked in, I had to call housekeeping and ask them to clean the toilet because it was clearly not cleaned after the previous guests.

Review 25：This is a 3 star hotel, and not a 5 star! I called the hotel 3 days before arriving to Turkey to ask them what the best way was to get from the airport to the hotel, but nobody could answer me in English, so I called them the next day again and again nobody could speak English! Only Turkish. The hotel room didn't have a card system to open my rooms door, it was a very strange key that was very difficult to open the door every time. There was no wifi in the room, only nearby the reception! They told me that there was wifi in the restaurant upstairs in the 6th floor but when I got there nobody from the staff knew the password! I asked 4 different staff members and nobody knew! When I did the ckeck out I asked the staff member in the reception to call a taxi for me, he told me it would take 30 min so I went to drink a tea in the lobby. After 30 minutes I went out and there was no taxi outside so I went back to the staff member in the reception and told him that there was no taxi outisde, he told me the taxi would arrive in 5 min. So I waited again and of course NO TAXI. So i went again to the guy and he told me to wait for 15 min, real bad staff

Review 32：Check-In: We arrived at 11:00 at the hotel and were hoping an early check-in. Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked and we had to wait until 14:30 to get our rooms. Rooms: We booked deluxe double room on booking.com. Those rooms are called relax rooms at the hotel and are in bad conditions. Really small and old. Showers are tiny and dirty. Standart rooms look nicer. Cleaning: Room cleaning came really late. On our last day the room was not cleaned at all. Pools: Even though we didnt use them, they seem to be really small.
