Review 1：No restaurant on property or food avialable, had to leave property for all food and beverage(other than bottled water). We had ocean front view unit but between ocean/beach and unit was a large area with uncut grass and construction debris. Inadequate closet/drawer space for a stay longer than 1 day

Review 3：I have never paid so much money to be so badly greeted! The staff here do not give a flying star about you but only about money and how next they will Be making more commission on your back! We had net even arrived and said hello the lady was already saying Pay -Pay! Whilst also trying to sell Us speed boat tickets for day trips! (Note by going direct to call ppl doing the trips we saved 500bht per person!) There is no breakfast included in the room wich is a scandal at +90€ a night!!! The wifi also never worked for us in our rooms which was problematic for us to arrange the rest of travels ! The beach outside the hotel is verry poor, they have not made any effort to kit it up for tourists... Half of the loungers are broken... And a poor umbrella is in middle of beach... Avoid this place, it's not worth the money or the energy. The staff is so unfriendly that it will annoy you and leve you sour for the day!

Review 7：Very low bathroom door so continually bumping head. Broken bathroomlight and front door lock. When put sign on door to clean, no onecleaned. When renting a motorbike the front wheel was flat when we gotit and when telling the owner we were told to go and pump it around thecorner from the resort. After arranging to be picked up by the resort atthe harbour, we still ended up waiting for 2 hours and had to phonebooking.com to assist.

Review 8：The air-conditioning and the ability to get to a beautiful beachquickly. Beautiful pencils with the resort name on were given to us asgifts when leaving.

Review 9：When we arrived (7pm) so the room was not ready, man from the front desk was very unpleasant, auditioned with us two bungalows before found a functioning air conditioning. In a few Thai television programs, two in English focused on religious themes and one Dutch program. If you want to clean up the room, put a sign on the door, it's not automatic. Cleaning rooms = free bottled water.

Review 10：The bungalow is 50 m from the beach. Rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge and TV. They provide free bottled water 0.5 liters per person per day. Close to grocery shop and street full of restaurants.

Review 11：Slow help and check-in from staff. We were the only guests in the resort but they didn't offer any services even pre-clean nor daily clean. The water from tap in the bathroom and kitchen was dirty. The bedsheet seemed haven't been used for few months. So I won't back to this resort again. It's dusty on the desks...

Beach is quiter but really nice there, cool little town n get a scooter at the hotel, easy to c the island, old town is really cool. Long beach is deadly too. Breakfast was served free and was lovely. Lovely staff. Defo recommend .... I'd stay on long beach a nite or two as well, really cool.

Review 32：Dirty bungalows, insects, very non professional staff, never cleaned our room even dirty when we arrived, far from the beach, we apparently had a deluxe bungalow and The view was to a garage :( far from beach and definitely not recommended, the hardest bed in Thailand, usually they are like pieces of wood but this one wins the medal!

Review 38：This place was just perfect for me:) I enjoyed staying there so much. Very quiet beach, clean and beautiful. Many restaurants on the beach with different cousins. I booked standard room for 1200 per night but when arrived there took advanced standard for 1650 per night, both don't include breakfast but they still could bring it for free which was a bonus:) The hotel is new, was built in 2012 so everything in the room was in a good condition with hot shower and well-working air-conditioner, clean bedspread and safe box and fridge. The beach is just 20 meters from cottages with white sand. I recommend for those who are looking for a quiet and nice vacation on the beach

Review 39：1 inch of water in the bathroom the Toilet was leaking-ants nest inmiddle of the room and basically the room was filthy and the ownerthought this was acceptable. We moved on immediately but still had topay 1 nights accommodation due to booking.com rules

Would highly recommend and will be going back
