Review 1：Poker machines not very generous with pay outs.

Review 2：Comfortable clean rooms. Close to everything. Pool outside the door. Free wifi. Friendly staff. Felt secure here even tho the carnival was across the road and the hotel was next door.

Review 13：.we stayed on first level but was abit noisy being so close to the staircase and you could hear anyone walking past later at night or early hours of the morning ....we also mentioned on checkout that we had blood stains on the bed sheet and pillowcase which was not from either of us so was abit disgusted that your linen was not even changed from previous occupants....my partner asked for some compensation on the room or something even for the owners to give us a call back but the lady on counter just apologised and said that she could do nothing as the owners were not in the office at the time so not the response we wanted to hear .... I would like to know how she would feel if she was in that situation waking up to a bloodied sheet ...

Review 19：Great base for exploring the Peninsula. Comfortable and clean accommodation. Free carparking and free wifi were an added bonus. Pool and spa looked inviting although didn't jump in.

Review 20：Room was absolutely freezing when we walked in - took a while to warm the place up! Bathroom is a strange design with a very heavy glass door that could not be propped open so the bathroom could not warm up. If you have limited mobility it might be a real problem to get in and out. Price was pretty high for what is essentially a motel room but it was a busy long weekend so I guess everyone is cashing in! Other than that everything was great.

Review 21：The motel was clean, modern and spacious. Furniture was comfortable and there were useful extra facilities such as a toaster and microwave (not that we used them!). Location is great - easy to get to so many of the key tourist spots. Pub and bottle shop on site too.

Review 22：Regrettably there was a power failure and the back up generator did not kick in so we were forced to hit bed much earlier than intended. It also meant we could not enjoy the spa bath.

When I booked, I got a call to confirm the booking and just mentioned it was for my parents, they decided to surprise them with a bottle of champagne, a little gift of chocolates and wished them a happy anniversary on arrival. My parents were so pleased and absolutely loved their stay, which made me very happy to hear!

Review 27：The hotel is in a great location in Rye. Pretty central to the surrounding suburbs and to the activities in the area(hot springs, enchanted garden, winery's). It is a 5 minute walk, if that, to the beach. I found the room spacious for 2 of us, the couch and bed were super comfortable. The pool and spa were nice to use and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 30：The 'Welcome Letter' that was given to me on arrival was not very welcoming at all. I would have preferred a welcoming letter 'welcoming us' with positive information about the place etc and perhaps another letter labelled 'house rules'. The welcoming letter was full of what you are not allowed to do, hardly welcoming!

Review 33：Located in the heart of Rye. Genuinely across the road from the beach. Tranquil garden setting but step out to the main road and you will find every convenience. All areas carefully nurtured, serviced and cleaned. Bed exceeded my expectations.
