Review 1：Shower pilled up the water - toilet running after flush - toiletfloorall wet after bath. Television channels extremly poor quality. All youtouch cost money. Staff did not understand or speak english. Owners wifelook sour and never smile. Tenniscourt is worn down with holes all overthe court. The billiard worked poorly. Dont go there

Review 7：The service here is very poor and difficult to reach the staff. There is no telephone in the room and no mobile signal especially DTAC, so we can not contact the front desk or any staff, except walk to the lobby, which not very very convenient. Breakfast here is poor as well.

Review 9：The site is expanding so there could be some disruption of noise at times as more villas are being built. However don't let that put you off. There is nothing to not like.

Review 10：From the moment we arrived it was wonderful. The villa's are very well equipped with all your needs. The swimming pool is a great design it kept the children occupied for hours. Privacy, comfort, location, service, and plenty of things to do locally. Fantastic value for money...... Would recommend to everyone

Review 13：More suitable for party, but not for families with kid. They strictly ask you to declare number of people entered and will strictly charge you per additional head. Therefore you don't feel like home, but feel more like buying a ticket for a party yard, especially when they ask you how many and how old are your kids and thinking charge you as aldult ticket or kid ticket, even you don't ask for additional bed and breakfast...

Review 15：A little underwhelming on arrival after all "clever" photos of resort we viewed prior to our holiday made everything seem much larger. Resort is only in stage one of three, and this gives unfinished feel to surrounding area but never interfered with our stay.

Review 31：The Facilities, the pools were great fun and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to go for a week there to relax and enjoy the tranquil experience we all so enjoyed.

Review 32：Negative: The main drawback with the resort is its location, it is miles away from anywhere with NO facilities such as local restaurants, supermarkets, nearby. The minimart at the resort did not stock anything fresh (only chips, dried noodles and drinks).Be aware that, despite the name of the resort, it is actually nowhere near the beach. The closest shoreline is a 1km walk away, but the beach there is not nice (untidy with lots of debris). The closest real beach is 5km away at Dolphin Bay. Mopeds are rented out cheaply but there were never any free. The English of the staff was very poor (even by Thai standards), which made even basic requests difficult (such as trying to advance book a moped/the tennis court). The excursions were overpriced, don't go on them you can just as easily piece them together yourself for half the price. Overpriced New Year Buffet. Please be aware that the resort is a "work in progress" with lots of construction work going on and quite a few of the villas are next to piles of bricks, etc (the work didn't seem to be progressing particularly quickly). Glad I went once but wouldn't go back again.

Review 33：Positive: The accomodation itself was great, with tastefully appointed, well-equipped spacious villas with direct pool access. Fast wifi in the villa. Reasonably priced restaurant. Nice pools. A good place to go for peace and quiet and relaxing.

Review 37：5 star resort with 3 star service; no porters to help with luggage to villa.Staff were not properly trained to inform guests of 3% fee upon credit card payment n therefore end up in conflicts with d check in staff n wasted 30mins of our time n delayed our check in after a 3hrs long ride from Bangkok. No proper welcome n greetings from reception counter. Villa stink of an awful sewage smell from d toilets. No clean up service or change of towels stay for our 2nd nite stay. Swimming pools are nice but not very clean n are too deep for non-swimmers to even go down for a dip.
