Review 1：Very warm inside the hotel, we were there in March and the temperature outside was already warm but even if you turned all the heaters in the studio it was still to hot. The SPA area was very small comparing to the size of the hotel, but we were out of the season so it was nice and quiet. The temperature of the pool was cold, it was never 30 degree as it was shown in the information board!

Review 2：The location of the hotel was perfect, a very short walk to the gondola, restaurants, and downtown Bansko. Both bedroom and living room are very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices.

Review 3：None. Only minor observation is that suite sitting room needed a slightly larger radiator for the room size - but did not detract at all from the stay.

Review 4：Very relaxed atmosphere at the end of the ski season. Very clean, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff and excellent facilities for whole family. Great ski service: in-hotel rental shop and regular, free short shuttle to gondola.

Review 12：The hotel is at the end of a road which is basically a building site, all the surrounding buildings are either concrete shells or incomplete. Of a night there are no lights lighting the path into town. The staff on check out left a lot to be desired, only interested if the mini bar had been used and not a care if you had a nice trip or thank you for coming.

Review 14：The choice of breakfast was extensive however some of the food was not very hot. In addition the drinks ie frhit juices and coffee were from a machine which for a 5 star hotel I felt was poor. The biggest let down was the attitude of some of the staff ie reception, where everything seemed to much trouble. As front of house this did not give a good impression with staff seeming a bit surely. This was in contrast to the barman and mini bus driver who were always helpful.

Review 15：Overall the facilities and decor of the hotel were to a high standard. The spa in particular was excellent with a very good range of equipment and services. Good mini bus service to the ski lift.

Review 19：We stayed at Regnum hotel in a mountain view room for 4 nights. I can say everything is quite good in this hotel. Our room was quite clean and nice. Wifi reception is very strong you can have wifi in almost every corner in the hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel which had good varieties of food. Very close to Gondola. There is a shuttle every 15 minutes to Gondola which takes not even 3 minutes to go. Mountain view room had the view of Pirin mountain but we were out all day for skiing and didn't hang out in the room so it doesn't make sense if you're out all day. Grand Superior suit is quite big. We were 2 couples. there 2 rooms with 2 seperate bathrooms and 2 seperate living rooms including kitchen.

Review 20：where to start. The maid service was terrible. No vacuum. The jacuzzi was cold. Small rooms with no storage. Motion sensor lights didnt work in hallways., statirwells. As a result, tripped on stairwell and cut foot. Had to go to hospital. Hotel didnt care nor attempt to compensate. Not even close to 5 stars. Stay very far away.....

Review 22：The views from the room are great, quality of the room, and the breakfast options. Easy walk to the lifts and downtown. I have stayed at a bunch of diferent places in Bankso, and this is by far, the best.

Review 23：We liked the friendliness of the staff, and the ease of which we were able to rent skis/ snowboards right in the hotel....and jump on the little shuttle to the Gondola. Super easy. It's only about 500 meters away which is fine to walk in the morning, but it's handy to catch a ride at the end of the day when your legs (and your kids' legs!) are aching from too much skiing! We tried the Spa also and were impressed with the professional set up, nice service and good spa experience! It;s a real value for money...and significantly less expensive that a hotel we stayed in recently in Greece. All in all it was super and we will look forward to going back again. A tip on the rooms, we got two rooms in adjoining rooms for a family of 3. It was actually less expensive to do it that way than to get a room for me and hubby and a rollaway bed for our son, so we ended up with two full rooms, two living room/ kitchens and two bathrooms, almost "too much" space which is something I don't think I have ever commented on before (usually hotel rooms are cramped and too small!!!)

Review 26：Spa was nice but the swimming pool was a little bit cold especially when you return from a cold day skiing in the mountain and the steam room was smelly. Also the breakfast had a good variety but everything was cold (just try to eat cold fried eggs, sausages and bacon)

Review 27：We were very satisfied with the executive suite they have offered to us although we have book the junior. The suite was amazing, spacious, clean and really really warm(I had to turn off the heating in the bedroom during the night so we could sleep). The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Review 28：I don't like hotels who promise one thing and deliver something completely different; On the official webpage you will be promised fro the Grand Suite 80-90sqm place and you will get max 60 sqm. When I asked why, in confidence I was told that the balcony is included (!?). Second, nobody tells you that instead hotel you are entering The Maze. Yes, The Maze. From the entrance till the room we had to go trough the lobby, then stairs, again lobby on the first floor, passed the section with the spa, than up one floor, lobby again and finally the room. Each time we were wondering if we are on the right path. If you arrive with the car, than sorry but you have to compete for the parking lot inside the yard, guarded with the access gate. When I asked to park in the basement they said its possible but have to pay 5 eur per night. To be honest, there was also nearby parking place, but it was outside hotel and I did not felt safe to park it there. At the end, the Olympic pool that is advertised is real but here is the catch: It is outside and covered with balloon tent. And you can just imagine what is the environmental temperature when outside is -15 C. Bottom line, cheated by false advertise kills the business on a long run. Was willing to complain to Booking.com since I made reservation trough them, but...

Review 29：Staff is definitely the asset of this facility. Open, friendly and above all ready to help in any way. Breakfast is descent, as well the accommodation. The bathroom is great and even spoiling when I just remember that there was music playing. Spa is cool, too. But...

Review 30：The most disappointing thing was the spa - there was always something broken (the outdoor jacuzzzi for instance or the steambath) the so called hammam was not an hammam, yet a massage room. On top of that it wasn't warm enough. WiFi rarely worked properly. The sweets for breakfast were not good nor fresh. The hotel is located on top of the hill - pretty far from the centre. It is definitely not a 5starts structure.

Review 31：The executive apartment was amazing - so beautiful, huge with an incredible view over the mountain! It was extremely clean and warm - the heating was working great. The bedsheets were extremely comfortable too.

Review 42：Couple of minor notes: vegies and bakery for breakfast not always fresh (frozen) and overall selection could be better for 5* hotel. Wifi wasnt consistent. Buffet dinner is somewhat pricey for what is served. Kids play area needs to be better equipped. We took our little one to carfour daycare instead (there were plenty of toys there). Overall we would recommend this hotel to others.

Review 56：Customer service is free, and is not great at this hotel. Our family has4 small children. We are repeat customers to hotels that try to make ourstay even slightly easier for our situation. For example, breakfast wasincluded in our room rate. When my 4 year old did not feel like likegoing to breakfast my husband stayed in the room. After I ate with theother three children, I made a small plate with 3 pieces of fruit and 2small donuts to bring them. The waitress and manager refused to allow meout the door to bring to the room. Another example of poor customerservice was when they told us we could not drink the water from the tap,I ordered 6 bottles of water. They tried charging me 5 euros per bottle!I told them I did not want the water for that price, they told me that Ihad to take them they were already charged. I had to ask for the manageragain. It just kept going with these small problems over and over. Thankyou but no thank you Regnum.

Review 62：Finding the way from the apartment to the aqua park was challenging. Going from the spa to the aqua park was tantalising. They were next to each other, but there was no way to get from one to the other quickly.

Review 108：Well where to start. It's my 3rd year here in a row, and I believe there will be a 4th. The hotel is the warmest hotel I've visit. You have heat in every 2 steps in the halls. The rooms are so warm I slept without clothes. The breakfast is excellent, rich and large selection of foods. The rooms are very comfort, even the cheapest rooms have bedroom and living room with flat screen in both of them. The bathroom has both bathtub and shower. I will rate the spa with 7.5/10 because the outdoor pool and the hamam were closed this year (even if they used to work the other 2 years). The stuff is so friendly you will start believing they know you from somewhere :)

Review 109：when we arrived in our room there was a dirty pillow on our bed; the towels in our room were not changed even though they were thrown on the ground as dirty; the staff was very unpleasant: we had a a very bad experience with them when my father's car was broken by a champagne bottle thrown through a balcony from someone and the hotel staff didn't want to deal with the situation even though we had paid parking through booking that we did not get

Review 111：One of the worst hotels we've stayed in. We booked the best and most expensive rooms. One of the rooms did not have curtains so light was a problem when sleeping so we had to pay the cleaning lady to put curtains on. Some light bulbs were not working and we asked for the staff to replace them... never did. Bathroom door could not be closed. Poor spa, you have to pay for jacuzzi and the water is almost cold. Breakfast restaurant is way too crowded and on the last day they informed us that there is another restaurant which was almost impossible to find where the people who booked more expensive rooms can eat (no music in the second restaurant, absolute silence... a bit creepy). On checkout there was a solarium treatment in the bill which we did not have. We paid for private parking through booking which we did not get because they said there is no space during the length of the whole stay and on checkout when we asked for the parking expense to be removed from our bill the staff said that is out of the question and the manager was supposedly on a meeting. Don't go there, all they care about is taking your money.

Review 112：the heat was too much extremely' non coportable. The fittness is hot and there is not watter inside. If you did not bring water you can only get out to the bar in the pool and buy water. The hamam is exsist but not for use of the gustes- every day it was cold or clossed for therapy (probebly because it is not free). but even when i took a therapy the hamam was cold. when i ask about jucuzy the said that it is not free' and i have to pay. but the did not say that there is another free that you understood there is only by pay. the therpy began late and finish early. I was constant becouse i took 4 threatment and it happend in all the treatments. the way to the room is very long very comlicated and very uncofotable' espashily when it is so hot in the hotle. there is not elivator straight to room and you have to chang few timmes or to walk and use the stairs.
