Review 1：Because of the still very few western tourists not much written in English but it is spoken by most of the staff. Geographically it is not really for touring other areas but it has lovely rural countryside with cycle tracks and there is a nice traditional town park. Not much entertainment around.

Good taxi service available to/from the town's spar area and also to/from Krakov airport. Well worth an upgrade to south facing balcony room over a lovely garden area Child friendly. Review 3：The only thing I did not like is the hotel surrounding. It is located in the ugly suburbs of Busko. The hotel "garden" does not help much: there are no trees, just terribly dull rows of thujas and conifers. Adding some leaved trees and employing a bit of good taste and imagination designing the garden would certainly increase attractiveness of this hotel and make it more visitors-friendly.

Review 5：- Some of the staff at the front desk were not welcoming. - The first night was cold and there was no heat. - Breakfast needs a wider variety of warm foods and vegetarian options.

Review 6：- The style of the room and the windows let in a lot of natural light. - The sauna and pool were nice and not crowded. - They offered free water aerobics and fitness classes. - Were willing to compensate us and rectify our problems after being inconvenienced. - There was a lot to do in the hotel; biliards, bowling, spa, sauna, dance club, wine cellar and theater room. - The staff in the club and restaurant were kind and polite.

Review 7：Erratic room cleaning. One day my room was not cleaned at all. When I complained, I got an explanation that "the system was down".

Review 9：Swimming pool rather small and shallow; not for proper swimming. Close to the main road which can be busy and noisy early in the morning.

Review 10：Friendly and helpful staff. Design and facilities excellent. First rate food. Away from town, which may be considered a disadvantage by some but we liked long walks and bicycle rides to the town centre. Variety of quality spa and beauty options. Excellent value for money.

Review 11：Poor food (but I didn't try any better in Busko), definitely too expensive for this quality. Busko-Zdrój has also its own smell which might be extremely annoying for some people.

Review 12：This is not a perfect hotel but definitely the best in Busko-Zdrój, if you are not looking for an old-time Sanatorium (most of them look the same as in 70s). This hotel is new and they are doing their best to make it nice. Rooms are good and clean and the general style is colorful and modern. You can expect a very good 3* level.
