Review 1：Great location. Wonderful young man at the desk helped with all our questions. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job and accommodated us in every day. Breakfast was very good.

Review 17：Great location. Close to Bridge Street, but too close. Free Trolley stops right in front of Hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Private beach with loungers and umbrella's was a major bonus. The Water Sports Vendor being right there was AWESOME!

Review 20：I paid $200 for a standard room for one night. The amenities it included, were not worth the price of the room for one night. Our bed was a murphy bed that had metal bars protruding from the base of it, which was a constant tripping hazard. The rest of the furniture was very modern and adequate. The walls were also paperthin, and we could hear the family of 6 in the next room, and also smell the cigarette smoke from the person in the hallway.

Review 27：Did not have to hassle with beach chairs or umbrella. They were complimentary of the hotel. All so complimentary before my morning walk on the beach i was able to get fresh coffee and a little snack.

Review 29：Private beach was beautiful! Angie was excellent. The hotel called me on my cell to check that my request was taken care of. We needed sheets for the pullout and they were dropped off immediately.

Review 30：The staff where you check in could be a little rough. Very hard to carry any sort of conversation or request anything. The breakfast was pretty picked over one morning at 9. Make sure you go early. Also the lady on the beach seemed a little obsessed trying to catch people using their umbrellas and chairs who weren't guests. She would walk around asking room number & name, even though I'd just spoken with her 30 min prior. A little friendliness goes a long way. I also think some of the rooms could use some tlc in the bathroom- at least a fresh coat of paint.

Review 31：Our first visit, but the location- beach with chairs and umbrellas & pool were amazing! The room was the perfect size for 2. We liked the kitchen w fridge.

Review 36：Thin, THIN walls. Could hear the neighbor snoring. WiFi was useless. When I mentioned these things to the front desk lady in the morning, she became unreasonably rude. Saying that I should have called the "Late Night Complaint" line... and someone would have come from their home and "Addressed the noise complaint". But it was just snoring... what were they going to do?

Review 92：You're right across from the beach, as a result, you are on a busy street, so there was a constant stream of traffic. Not a problem with the AC running. The free Continental breakfast was OK, but the 9:30am start is ridiculous. If you're an early riser you're out of luck. The coffemaker in the room was noisy and the powdered creamer was awful and ruined the coffee. You get 2 packaged cookies when you check in. I would rather have had some half-and-half. I didn't like the bathroom sink. It had a flat bottom so it didn't drain well with the weak spray head on the faucet, but none of this would stop me from coming back.

Review 93：The location was great. From our room I could view the ocean and the bay. 100 yd. walk to the beautiful beach. Parking under our building was great for the rain as well as sun we had. Newly renovated facilities were clean. Although we didn't use it, the outdoor picnic / barbeque area is convenient.

SilverSurf is the next best thing if ur not renting a house. Staff areextremely helpful and accommodating, all you need to do is bring ur cooler , a good book and cross the road. Get set up at the beach with an umbrella and enjoy the day.

Review 112：The room next to us was not occupied, however the alarm click was set for 5:30 am using the radio set to country music Chanel. Volume was load enough to wake us up. No one at the front desk - never been to a hotel in my life w/o staff on site to assist.

Review 114：We were told to ask someone at the tiki hut to help with chairs and umbrellas. When we went to the beach, we found two people asleep on top of the counter at the tiki hut and were very confused, so we helped ourselves to chairs.

Review 115：We were impressed at how clean the room was. It was much cleaner than most beach rooms, which always tend to have a sandy film on the floor and in the bed. We were also most appreciative that the front desk allowed us to check out late, when our two-year-old fell asleep thirty minutes before check-out time. Additionally, we loved that the beach was not as crowded as other beaches on the island. It was also nice to be able to do a nearly spontaneous trip to the beach for just one night, rather than three.

Review 116：The bathroom and kitchen hardware (sink and shower) are extremelyoutdated and really showing wear and age. The rooms would improve vastlyby having faucets that did not look so old and beat up. The airconditioning units are extremely loud and made it pretty difficult tosleep soundly. Another concern is that the office is closed from 9:30pm-9:00am. There is no one on duty at those time and frankly not havingsomeone physically there at all times made one feel a bit unsafe.

Review 121：The staff was new and didn't explain anything about your place. When ask question she didn't know and didn't try to find out. "Not very helpful" I didn't know where to get ice or that I could get a beach towels. The rooms need some up dating. A flat screem TV with a nice vanity would have been nice. A full lengh mirror would have help. If there is more them one women in the room it does't work to well with just ONE mirro. No place to put your luggage, a luggage stand would have been nice.
