Review 1：The only (small) issue was the bed - there were two mattresses whose length did not match the bed and the blanket was too small for two people and for the width of the bed, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. Luckily, the room was warm enough.

Review 2：The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and the bathroom absolutely amazing. Very warm and cosy. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. The staff is really nice and helpful. Location is perfect - close to the train station, the city centre as well as the ski slope.

Review 3：- for the price it really wouldn't be justified to complain (that stay really was a bargain, even for Vatra Dornei), (...however if I had paid more, I would have said that the hot water was not quite warm enough for taking a shower and that the carpets in the room looked rather old and somewhat dirty. But as I said, for the price and especially for just one night it was fine, so none of these "problems" really bothered me)

Review 7：The bed cover had some stains and one of the pillow covers was a bit dirty, but nothing too major. I'm sure it was just a one-time mistake and they didn't notice it, as the rest of the room was very clean.

Review 11：This is not a complaint, but we like buffet breakfasts rather than order from the menu. Food was fresh and prepared perfectly and the young lady was professional. We realize that business after the winter season probably would not support a buffet so again, please don't consider this a complaint. Hotel and staff were great.

Review 12：Staff was top notch. Friendly and polite. Room (triple) was comfortable and bed and pillows were perfect. We really liked the room. Bathroom floor was heated and there was a heated towel rack.

Very comfortable when you have kid. Has private parking, not big (6-7 cars) but it was enough for the period we took the room. Low prices in the restaurant.

Review 20：I had skied in Vatra Dornei 15 years ago, and everything is so so much better now. The hotel represents excellent value for money, the staff is simply wonderful( changing my booking was easily done) plus a really nice restaurant downstairs. The slope is very near. We loved it!!

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed comfortable. The parking area is adjacent to the hotel building, well guarded. The breakfast is a la carte, simple choices but tasty. Review 85：A nice hotel in the city center. We had a lovely two rooms suite, perfect if you travel with older children, with a huge balcony on two sides of the building. The restaurant serves traditional food at resonable prices. The included breakfast you can order it a la carte, which is very convenient.
