Review 1：The matrass is hard, breakfast good but need more choice, it will be bored if you stay more than 3 days

Review 15：We axpect for a large bed, but found out that they gave us a large bed which was combined by two single bed. On the first night, the water heater was not working. The water from the tap was a bit salty, so we have to buy mineral water instead of boiling our own drinking water. On first night,we were allocated on the ground floor. It was very noisy with people shouting in the middle of the night. We complained to the counter and they manage to change us to the room on top floor. Brakfast was so so...

Review 37：There is no iron provided in the room. 4 star hotel without iron and iron board? My wife kinda unhappy. The shower water kinda slow but acceptable. When we booked the hotel, we request shuttle to take us from the airport to the hotel, but there is no response from them. For 4 star hotel, they also should provide free wifi in room, not just in lobby area.

Review 55：The free internet was not provided as most of other hotels and the prices of the paid internet were very much high. I've arrived early at 11 am and i have informed them, and when i arrived they told me that i have to wait till 2 pm But at 1:30 the room was ready The location was a little bit away from the beach and the center of the area of ao nang beach. The safety box was not working properly and the batteries were finished after 4 days however they have been changed when i arrived.

The bathroom was good and the housekeepers were very nive and good. The presence of a lot of Halal food restaurants near the hotel.

Review 57：The staffs are seriously awful. My wife had three bags where she first came. Four staffs were watching tv, nobody came to pick up. We had to carry our own bags to the room, there were staffs but nobody came. We faced a power break, their backup generator couldn't support lift, we had to go to fifth floor by walking!!

Review 95：Wifi was unable in the rooms, only downstairs in the reception area and was a little on the slow side. Pool sheltered from the sun due to the buildings but still nice to relax and cool down beside the pool side, dipping in and out of the pool.

Review 97：Shower head flips left to right, as in it doesn't stay in a spot while you bathe. Not sure about other rooms. No free wifi. Only 2 TV channels in English and the rest in Thai. Can do better with sound proofing... We can hear our neighbours coming back and other sounds if our TV is not switched on.

Review 117：In our 2 months of traveling through Asia, this was one if the worstplaces we've stayed at!! We were looking for something nice andrelaxing to end all our travels with but this place was by far theloudest place we've been to. The walls were so thin that every daywe could hear our neighbors next door, our neighbors above us, thecleaning ladies and their walkie talkies, and people in the pool (wewere on the 4th floor). Our last day was the worst, we were woken up at7:00 am by children screaming and yelling playing in the pool(that's only supposed to open at 8:00!) and we were forced to callreception twice but nothing was done about it. When we asked to speak tothe manager, he was conveniently in a meeting so we wrote a letter tohim which he's never bothered to reply to. Avoid this place! Worstexperience ever
