Review 1：Breakfast room could do with a shape up. Staff at morning check-out was slow and not really reactive. Roof terrace has virtually no guests and staff appears just to be willing to go home rather than serving guest.

Review 2：Staff at check-in very helpful and kind, very good service. Room nice and clean. Roof terrace very nice but empty.

Review 3：We would have given anything for plain old black Nescafe coffee packets to use with the kettle in the room. Unfortunately, only 3-in-1 (coffee, milk, sugar) combo available. Hotel staff went the extra mile to procure different and came back with the 3-in-1 decaf version. Room service and restaurant "weak" coffee like espresso. "Strong" coffee pretty thick!

Review 4：Beachfront location means surf sounds all the time. Restaurant food was great. Staff tried hard, though sometimes with difficulty in English. Loved the double workspace in the room.

Due to the bad road, we reached the hotel quite late (~10PM), the receptionist had contacted us to checking our arrival time for advance preparation. Hence, checkin was quick. The day after, the staff proactively call us to check any concern / difficulties so far to handle. Free Vietnamese coffee (with milk) during breakfast. Free fruit or cookies at night. Room service was good

Review 14：Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was nice and refreshing and the beach is lovely. We had a 10th floor room with a great view. Breakfast was plentiful, with lots to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 16：Good resturant for breakfast and dinner. Try the boneless grilled snake head fish if you like cinnamon. It may see a bit isolated but is within walking distance of most places you want to go. If you have time check out the boat building yard where they make the big wooden boates. Go to north end of Le Loi street, turn left over the bridge and down 300 yards on your right.

Review 18：even though this hotel is used for weddings and conferences we were still made to feel very welcome for our short stay, lovely room, used the gym and ate at the poolside bar, nice quiet town, close to places to walk to eat at, friendly locals to chat to

Review 27：Upon arrival we did not have warm water in the room. Was fixed after mentioning this. When we left the hotel we were kind of forced to use their transport service which was overpriced. After bargaining and discussing we settled on a lower price. But not really nice to leave a hotel with such a hassle.

Review 62：We arrived at the hotel after a crazy 6 hours bus journey to be told by the lovely staff that we were being up graded to the VIP rooms, which were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, great views and location.

Review 63：The staff were all very helpful especially the main guest relation lady. Also, she tracked us down via a bus company after we had left, to let us know we had left a travel guide at the hotel and tried to arrange to forward it to our next destination.

Review 65：Great location on the beach. Very friendly welcome and follow up by "Chong" (7 month pregnant receptionist) with exception customer service and English language skills. Very spacious room with view of the beach / city skyline.

Review 66：Laundry cost, the best thing to do is walk towards the kiwi hostel and do your laundry overthere. Breakfast wasn't good if you don't like vietnamese food for breakfast.

Review 67：The room was really nice with a seeview. Staff was friendly. Great swimming pool and the sea close by. At the time that we stayed in the Seagull there were not a lot of visitors so it was really quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge and the bed is good. Rent a scooter and go for a sightseeing to the lepra recovery hospital and drive along the coast. Defenitely recommend to go to Quy Nhon.

Review 73：We stayed in a Deluxe Room which is in the newer part of the hotel. Theroom was large with a balcony looking up the beach towards the city. Agreat view both during the day or at night. The breakfast buffet was thelargest and most varied in our two week trip. The hotel is located whereyou can walk the beach front for miles or you can wander intoresidencial areas for a look at every day life.
