Review 1：No help with the luggage. The place is closed to taxi so you have some walk to the entrance with the luggage

Review 3：We spend 7 night in this hotel ,great location - 2 minutes of walking from the Iulius Mall and a big supermarket , room was big and full equipped,the place is very safe - just the guest of the hotel itself having an acces and the parking is underground and very safe , there was a great view from our room , the manager - Alex is very nice person and the service was great.

Review 6：The location is somehow hard to be found, at the end of a street and in the back of a mall. The parking places are free under the building, but you need to take care on which places to park. Nothing to complain about the other things!

Review 7：Very clean building and room, modern furnished and full with everything you need for a long term rental within a studio apartment. I recommend it to anyone, it has 4* and it's a good deal for money!

Review 8：Not enough bedding, pillows for spare room and sofa bed in the living room. A little inconvenient checking in as it is not a hotel, as you have to wait for security and hotel staff to come to the apartment.

Review 30：Everything was perfect. Location is absolutely secure, even not atwalking distance from city center but with very small costs fortransport if you are not with own car. If yes, there is a safe subteranparking, from where we could reach easy our apartment by elevator. Roomsare clean and big, with nice view from balcony and fully equipped witheverything we needed for a medium term stay. Very professional andhelpfull staff - as our travell was for medical purposes, we needed alot of informations obtained with promptitude and remarkable courtesyfrom Mrs. Busteaga Lamiita. Review 33：Shower splashing all arround, fell down from hook few times, particularly when turned water pressure up. Furniture, although stylish, was not ideal for our toddler (unstable shoe rack fell on him when he tried to open its door, also furniture has quite sharp corners).

Review 34：Modern, cosy appartment accomodation with all we needed. Transportation from and to Airport was included and very welcoming. Appartment cleaned on a daily basis. Although not in the city center, very good shopping oportunities in the Iullius Mall which is just round the corner.

Review 35：On the hotel's page it says free parking is available. However dueto the change in location I had to get out at 7 A.M. to feed the parkingmeter, after going to bed late the night before (which ruined my morningsleep and left me tired for the rest of the busy working day). This isan expected side-effect for being in the center, but the problem is Iwas not informed about this in advance, even tough I specifically askedtwice (!) if there were any parking-related issues resulting from thechange. Had I been better informed I could have reconsidered thedecision to rent a car, or insisted on sticking to the initial location.So, note to management - Provide all relevant information, not only whatthe guest wants to hear... Car noise from the street is well heard inthe apartment at all times; No real separation between the 2 bedrooms -just a large glass door which doesn't block sound and light, plusyou have to pass through one bedroom to enter the other; The fitnesscenter mentioned on the page was not available at this location - onlythe other location which is quite far away.

Review 36：We were transferred from the location initially booked to a differentfacility, right in the center of town. The apartment is very nicelydesigned and equipped, and within a walking distance from many points ofinterest. The staff was very kind and friendly.
