Review 1：While clearly late check-outs are not a guarantee, I was denied a 1 1/2 hour late checkout which resulted in waiting in the lobby area for my ride. I think exceptional service would have allowed me the opportunity to check out a little late and adjusted the cleaning schedule. In addition, the internet password changed daily which required the guest to find the front desk for the new login and password. I'm not sure daily rotation of the login information is truly necessary for a three day visit.

Review 2：The room was large and exceptional clean. Reasonable priced, the bed was quite large and comfortable and the room had everything I would have expected for comfort.

Review 3：NOO internet connection that workt. The breakfast fast poor. The staff lazy and you hade to tell them to refill when for example the fruit was finish. A bit far from the main road were the action is. This is not a 4 star hotell, more like a 3 star at most.

Review 5：No wifi at all anywhere in this hotel it' does not work!!! The room was dark with no view. The Pool is not even worth bathing in, the beds are broken and need to be replaced. At 11:30pm the guests next door decided to throw a party in their room and we called reception and they told us we had to ask them to quieten down ourselves!! We checked out the next day and went straight over the road to amazing clean and friendly hotel called apple a day. Same price and brand new with a lovely pool.

Review 9：We were so shocked when a receptionist rudely hung up our call asking for our room's wifi problem. Moreover, when I told them about my flight cancellation and asked to borrow a phone, they showed unwillingness. After hanging up for a long call, they showed their unhappiness and acted in that way, which I thought was really rude. These experiences made us feel so uncomfortable to stay in though everything else was nice.

Review 13：Had pre booked 4 rooms and upon arrival 3 rooms were upgraded for free but had to pay full price for other room and they were all identical. One particular receptionist was very rude when we politely asked why we were made ro feel very uncomfortable and had to pay full price for the one room. I was the principle booker of all 4 rooms. Also woke up at 7am by building work.

Location is strategic, near to town area and easy to find halal food nearby. Clean room, housekeepers did an amazing job cleaning up the room everyday. Free wifi! Would stay in this hotel again in the future.

Review 22：It is away from the noise but still within walking distance. There are restaurants and 7 elevens within 50 mts. The pool is clean the staff are helpful and it is quiet.

Review 23：Defo not a resort, too far from the beach. You can't even see the sea from the hotel. Have to pay for WiFi in rooms, which too is temperamental. A lot of mosquito's in room, room was very dirty, could wipe dust and dirt from literally all the furniture. Bathroom was also dirty. For the price of this accommodation I would certainly say stay somewhere else.

Review 45：We stayed for 3 nights in a connecting room facing the pool. The rooms were clean and up to standard. The hotel provided all the special requests made earlier via email communication. Aonang shopping area is abt 7mins walk away, however, my kids preferred and enjoyed the tuk-tuk rides instead to Aonang Beach. There are many halal muslim food nearby, however, the breakfast buffet served in the hotel is not halal (so we had very limited choices of breakfast menu).

Review 46：Not much variety on the breakfast menu. But it still okay for me. However, on my 1st night stay, construction behind the hotel make extremely loud noises. Then I asked for new room. New room much better and free upgrade too. Thanks!

Review 47：I really love the location. Extremely awesome staying near to the market in Aonang. It is very easy to find foods as well. The pool is awesome too. The receptionists and staffs were nice and polite too. Great!! Really recommended to stay here.

Review 50：Foul smell along corridor. Air con is sometimes not working well. When I first turn on e tap, the water is yellowish. Wi-fi not free! Should include it in the package. It was mentioned free when i booked it. Called the reception for help. He told that he will update us in 5mins. We waited for hours still issue not rectified. The staff who make my room did not do a good job. I still find that the standard is not meet.

Review 51：The rooms are spacious. Its convenient to find Halal certified food within walking distance. Shopping place is nearby. You can get to anywhere with tuk-tuk and its cheap. Perfect location. I do not have to spent alot of money on transportation. Everywhere is so accessible. Hotel staff are very polite.

Review 53：Very helpful staff and the management was very responsive to any queries and concern that we have. Even when we are still in KL, they will definitely reply my emails without any delay. We manage to catch Elephant Trekking on the day of our arrival because of the hotel management's help. The staff even pack us breakfast because we are checking out early at 5.30am. The pool excess room was very good.

Review 58：Quiet place, easy walking distance to shops around and to main road to catch their public transport. Motorbike rental is also available at just 200Bht/day. The staff was very helpful and service was excellent. Even though we had to check out at 6am to catch our flight home, they prepared a breakfast pack for us. Recommended :)

Review 59：Breakfast was mediocre. On our second day in Krabi, the resort had a three hour power outage. Which meant, no electricity. Therefore, no air con, no lights, no lift services. Got a little frustrated cause it was a hot day and we were getting toasted. Bottomline is that I didn't feel the resort lived up to their review scores and definitely not a four star hotel to begin with. Wouldn't come back and should've opted to stay with Red Ginger Chic Resort instead since it's just opposite Ananta Burin. A no-go for me.

Review 60：The resort was equipped with the basic necessities, eg: comfy bed, functioning television and air conditioner. The bathroom is clean too. Resort was located just opposite a convenience store and had motor bikes for rent. That's about all that I'm pleased with.

But hotel just deduct it beforehand without informing us at all. Bad experience, won't suggest for staying
