Reviews for Railay Bay Resort & Spa
Review 1:The spa did not work, problems with the drain. Stop in or under estimated draining system, so drain water from other spas come into the spa. Disgusting and very very unhealthy and was the same for at least one more room (we tried to change), so I guess in many/all apartments with spa. I complained, but they can not do anything about it. I got the room 3 hours extra as compensation, and just because I needed it I accepted it. But, that will not make the problem go away for the coming guests, if they not fix it immediately.
Review 2:Close to the beach Breakfast, pool system Great scenery Good staff
Review 3:"luxury" bungalow at edge of resort didn't feel very luxurious. complex looked tired with very limited sun beds and no lounge chairs.
Review 4:The location is ideal for a short stay. provision of transport from airport to resort was helpful. Resort restaurant was good with other nearby restaurants available.
Review 5:We found the staff to be polite, but not friendly. There was a battle each morning for lounge chairs which caused friction amongst guests. Tip: if you want access to a chair at all throughout the day, claim your spot before 8:30am. Problem could be solved with more chairs for guests.
Review 6:The location was great - you definitely want to be on this side of Railay! Our room was spacious and well-equipped. We loved using both pools and the beach throughout our stay.
Review 7:- Railay beach in general is very expensive but the prices in the resort itself are super super expensive, never ate there except for the included breakfast - The bed is really hard and uncomfortable - Our room was not made 2 out of 4 days we spent there
Review 8:Railay beach is beautiful, the resort is in a great location, the facilities are good, very nice breakfast
Review 9:They are the smiling assassins , your best friend one minute and nasty the next if things don't go their way. We came across some of the rudest staff I have ever encounter at this resort. Food at their restaurant is very average, a few dishes were inedible. It's not that hard to make a tasty stir fry. Air-con rattled at night. Shower head is the type you would expect at a 2-3 star hotel.
Review 10:Bad wifi. The pool surroundings was dirty. Hotel's bar is over-priced. You have to wake up early for breakfast if you want to enjoy the whole buffet's variety.
Review 11:The beach is amazing. The room was good. Hot water. Good location.
Review 12:While breakfasts were great for regular eaters, there was little provision for vegetarian dairy free diets at breakfast. No almond or soy milk was available & omelettes were all made with butter.
Review 13:Staff were friendly and helpful, service was great, our room was large & comfortable and had a view of East Railay bay. The hotel's location and grounds were excellent.
Review 14:We weren't greeted on arrival and helped with our bags from the boat. The staff were very unfriendly on arrival. We couldn't check in until 2pm on the dot. We were taken to our room, a One-Bedroom Cottage with Spa Bath which looked very tired but was private. The room wasn't very clean. My fiancé and I were very ill whilst we were here and trying to get some water to our room was very difficult and we had to wait a very long time for it. The staff spoke minimal English and were rude. The 'spa' took an extremely long time to fill up and also had to be cleaned out, by us, before it could be used. I wouldn't stay here again.
Review 15:Good location.
Review 16:There wasn't enough sunbeds and they were all gone early morning by people putting items on the chairs and going back to bed! They could do with loads of sunbeds on the beach and also some umbrellas. Pool Towels were often run out as well probably due to there not being enough sunbeds.
Review 17:The proximity to everything you need is perfect, and it's situated on the nicer side of Railey with stunning views of the bay. Having a pool and beach access was fantastic and definitely one of the best resorts for sure! Would stay there again in a heartbeat! The rooms were lovely big and clean and air conditioning was very strong. Perfect place to watch magical sunsets each night!
Review 18:Overall Island is over run. The hotel is outdated and dirty. Plentiful mould in the shower. No windows have been cleaned in a long time. Toilet didn't flush properly. Bed awful. Could never get a day bed by pool or beach, clearly not enough beds for total amount of people staying there. Others would save a bed all day using their towel and staff never monitors this which results in almost half the day beds at any one time being inaccessible. Kitchen had cats everywhere. Breakfast bar had fruit flies buzzing around it. I stayed here three years ago and loved it, recently went back to a hotel that was dirty and staff not seeming to care.
Review 19:Leaving here
Review 20:Nothing at all, just our last day, when we left the resort to return home!
Review 21:Everything: the resort, the facilities (inside and nearby), good food, good cleaning and, more than everything, the great staff (everyone!). We loved the beach, the Nature surrounding us! We really, really loved it all! Thank you everyone at Railay Bay Resort and Spa - we felt the most welcomed and spoilt people on earth!
Review 22:Railay Bay is very close to a paradise. The place is small but beautiful. Nice beach located between sugar mountains. Best breakfast view I ever have had. Railay bay is famous for climbing but it also has a very nice beach. You can rent a long tail boat to take you to the smaller island in the area or go to Krabi town (15 min). Visit the view point and the lagoon (absolutely beautiful) but be aware that it involve some steep climbing and that it can be a bit scary, were good shoes. You should also rent a kajak and take a half day just paddling around the area. The rooms in Railay Bay resort and spa is a bit old but ok, the staff is friendly and helpfull and the food is great. Visit the last bar for the fireshow and Muay Thai boxing.
Review 23:They have problems with the cleaning and the staff except in the reception is not very kind and some of them is very hard even to smile
Review 24:Beautifull pools and the best location and the private cottage is very nice room!!a big very good breakfast
Review 25:Room needs some maintenance considering the level of the hotel, however my stay there was wonderful!
Review 26:Excellent location! Amazing view to Railay Bay beach and delicious breakfast
Review 27:Staff / service at the hotel were the only thing that let it down slightly. Also be sure not to get laundry at the hotel.Daylight robbery!
Review 28:Excellent location and beautiful hotel. So many things to do in Railay and loads of fab day trips, if you can tear yourself away!
Review 29:Cocktails were a bit dearer than the rest of the peninsular but nothing shocking. Hotel was a bit dearer than a lot in Thailand but then that seamed the same for most things in Railay and it was more than worth the extra cost.
Review 30:The location is brilliant. Both pools are good, the beach pool has great views and drink service and you can normally get the middle pool to yourself. Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast had a lot of choice. Although slightly dearer than if we'd arranged it our self the airport transfer service after our stay was effortless.
Review 31:When we arrived at the hotel it was already payed through booking and we couldn't split the payment as we were 2. This is not the normal procedure to do payments as the hotel only can do the booking and not the payment. The breakfast was quite poor and there were ants in the tables with food. There were some waitresses talking to each other instead of checking if we need something at dinner time.
Review 32:The location of the hotel is great, this is probably the only thing we liked.
Review 33:The room was not clean, the bed was hard the pillows were like bricks, the bathroom was not even close to clean and when we opened the bathroom cupboard we could not use it as there was no shelf and it just dropped to the dirt floor. The breakfasts were OK, staff were not very helpful, not enough pool beds and no one monitors the people that leave their towels on the all to few beds and then go out for the day. I would not stay in this hotel again although a family we met did have a lovely villa so if you are going to go, book a villa, but insist that you get one that has been refurbished
Review 34:The Location was the only good thing about the hotel.
Review 35:One problem: since it is located on an island, lots of boats goes back and forth from the beaches all the time.
Review 36:Great place to stay if you want a quiet journey at the beach (don't go there to party) Very good facilities, great beach (even though a lot of rocks at low tide), good food/value for money.
Review 37:The massage in the resort is very overpriced.
Review 38:The spacious cottage room. Excellent staff- we got a room that wasn't a baseline standard and they came and tried to fix things the best they could, but in the end they changed us to another room. Also I left my phone in the hotel and already moved on to Phi phi, they helped to arrange to transfer it there! Thank you so much!
Review 39:The breakfast selection could be better, and for dinner the restaurant staff forgot to send our order to the kitchen, very annoying to find out later when you've just about used every trick to keep your baby quiet to find out that the food had not been ordered yet. Otherwise ok, the taste was great and location excellent on the beach.
Review 40:The privacy cottages are really nice, and the one we had was very quiet as well. Also I would recommend the transportation service from the hotel, a bit expensive but really well organized.
Review 41:I booked especially this resort because I wanted to stay close to Raleigh West. Unfortunately, my bungalow was so far away that it was located almost at Raleigh East. It's only a five minutes walk (what I didn't know), so it's okay but if the location at the western beach is your priority, you may re-think booking this resport. Generally, everything looks already a little old and especially the bungalows would need a renovation. And an absolute no-go for this price: on my bed-sheet were some (washed-out but visible) spots...
Review 42:Very nice areal with little bungalows, very spacious rooms; very friendly staff, very good breakfast and fantastic restaurant.
Review 43:the room's desing and equipment is very old, for example the tv was huge and thick like 20 yeas ago the resturant is very expansive and the dishes are very small and not that good i ordered a romantic dinner on the beach before we arrived, in the dinner's morning i have been told that because of the high tide the dinner can be next to the pool and not on the beach (1 meter from the resturant). therefore i asked for discaunt (4500 bath which is too expansive for thailnd in every scale), when they refused we just eated in the resturant(same place less money but steel expansive)
Review 44:the beach is great you must take a room in the west side otherwise the rooms are far and in low quallity staff are very nice nice pool
Review 45:Wifi was a little difficult each day.
Review 46:Location on the beach. The privacy cottage was incredible. The pick up from the Airport was good value for money.
Review 47:Paid extra for the outdoor jacuzzi room upgrade but you have to fill up yourself which takes hours. Not quite what was pictured. Other than that the privacy of the room was nice. Couldn't find a chair near the pool if you got up too late.
Review 48:Staff were so nice and helpful from start to finish. Good location. Private airport transfer was worth the cost. Fast, consistant wifi.
Review 49:I enjoyed everyone
Review 50:Staff were very nice . Perfect location . Just had a great time and I have travelled Thailand extensively over the last 15 years . Has a great island feel even though your on the main land
Review 51:Railay west is much more expensive than Railay east. We chose this hotel because we wanted to stay on Railay west. However, the hotel is very big, and it goes from one beach to the other, and we ended up staying on Railay east after all... For as much as we have payed, we could have stayed on a better hotel at Railay east! And it's just a 5 minute walk from one beach to the other.. The hotel seems a little outdated.. The gardens could have been better kept.. Restaurant was expensive for the food they were serving..
Review 52:Very good breakfast, restaurant with amazing Railay view. Railay beach is amazing! We hired the hotel pick up from the airport, which was very good, comfortable, on-time. They take you by car + boat, dropping you off at the pier at the back side of the hotel, so very convenient.
Review 53:I enjoyed everything, however I do believe a joint effort from the area resorts should take action on fixing up the east side of the island!
Review 54:Everything was great! Wish my stay was longer; so much to do!
Review 55:Maintenance of the property Beach in front of the hotel is full of rocks and very shallow , not so appropriated for swimming. I would recommend this hotel but advise to go with low expectation about the property.
Review 56:The area where the hotel is located is really nice and beautiful, this balance some of the negative points. The noise of the boats is annoying some times, but all the other beaches I've been on the area were the same, the noisy thai boats are everywhere.
Review 57:The reception Manager súper bad attitude, was rude, never smile, was our honeymoon and he destroyed our first Day! Never help! And speak súper bad english! We hate him! He is not professional The staff never smile, nobody speak english. They never understand The food is bad. The hotel is old. The toilet for The pool and restaurant is horrible! Not enough sunbeds, only 15 for all The hotel!!!! The Fruit Shake is not fresh is canned. No mantainance in The hotel!! Expensive and not worth for you money. The tour desk sucks!
Review 58:For so much money, you do not get the value!! Everything was so much older and dirtier and shabbier than how it looks in the pictures. Prices of the restaurant is also much higher than the rest. There is no internet in the rooms at all. In the restaurant you get some poor connection only. The beach was also dirty. There are not enough shezlongs and no parasols at all!!
Review 59:Pool and proximity to the other restaurants. Also it was good to be on the west coast rather than even dirtier east coast of Railay beach
Review 60:The rooms were so outdated, so old! although the beds were comfortable, we found the deluxe cottage to be very old and rusty, we were dissapointed! It had a little smell to it, and also bugs!
Review 61:Location location location! We liked this hotel solely for its location! We figured we would be out and about all day on tours, that it would compensate to chose a hotel with a gorgeous beach and view!
Review 62:Bit old, shower didn't work properly, hard bed. It was ok but I would expect a little bit more for this price.
Review 63:Location is perfect!! Great breakfast
Review 64:The hotel is very over priced. The initial deluxe cottage we were allocated was worth at most £20 per night - not sure where the "deluxe" bit factors in the description. Privacy cottages better but still over priced!
Review 65:The scenery from West Railey beach is amazing. The privacy cottages are good.
Review 66:The deluxe cottages are situated on the east side, which is not nearly as beautiful as the west. These cottages could definitely do with an overhaul -- paint flaking, mold in bathroom, a sense of slow decay. For this price, and this stunning location, I would have expected more. Overall, the resort could do with touchups and cleaning - could be as easy as getting rid of stagnant pools of water, painting over graffiti, keeping the walkways litter-free...
Review 67:The restaurant overlooks Railay West, which is beautiful. Easy beach access (it's right there!). Deluxe cottages are fairly roomy for a couple. Beach mats and umbrellas supplied in room. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices.
Review 68:There were ants on the table in the breakfest. The outside of the room was very dirty including the hottub. The shower had rust in it. There was a blood stain on the wall of the shower. The pool is very small and not very clean.
Review 69:Great location. Comfertable bed. Nice beach.
Review 70:When we reached the west beach by ferry, we had to carry our bags or drag our luggages all the way to the hotel by the beach and not knowing where is the hotel as there is no signboard. The air conditioning was noisy during the night which affected our sleep even though we have informed management, they didn't do much help.
Review 71:Amazing sunset on the west beach. Great relaxing and serene place. The swimming pools are amazing with permission to have food by the pool. The room is huge and clean.
Review 72:I stayed here 3 years ago and the staff was more attentive and they took more care about the garden. It was not the same experience like before but nothing to worry about. The restaurant is a little too expensive for what it offers.
Review 73:Superb location. Nice view from the room and at breakfast. You can view the monkeys playing in the trees around your balcony (we had room 0407).
Review 74:Bathrooms all public and personal was old looking. Flush in the room was bot working properly. Always re login for wifi was tiresome.
Review 75:Villas with spa pool was great. Nice places for children to play. Food was ok. Some coctails were made ok some not.
Review 76:The coffee should be improved. We firmly believe that the transfer to the airport is quite expensive. It's not related to the hotel but we have serious problem with the yellow ATM at the minimark.
Review 77:The location is really good. We would like to highlight the kindly staff, mainly the assistant manager, Jintana as well as the receptionist Madehha. These people help as a lot with a personal problem.
Review 78:- beach full of people and noisy boats - bungallow (especially the bathroom) not well mantained and old. That kinda ruins the bungalow a bit, especially since we went for the privacy bngallow at high price
Review 79:- nice breakfast buffet - small swimming pool
Review 80:Wi-Fi... The quality of the connection is quite poor. You keep losing connection and cannot browse for more than 15 min.
Review 81:The hotel is one of the nicest in Railay beach. Staff were very welcoming.
Review 82:called for toilet paper and water twice and they just ignore you at reception, also the location of our room was 30 second walk from east side beach where hotels are cheaper because they are "not on the good side of the beach". well unless you get a room close to the west side you are paying for west side but are actually much closer to east
Review 83:Lack lustre cleaning. Kept having to ask for towels eg because used ones were taken and not replaced. Very average breakfast. Resort just looks a little tired
Review 84:Amazing location and nice to have extras like a jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Great for exploring Railay. Very private
Review 85:Location on Railay west has natural beauty at every turn. Easy to walk to Railay east for restaurant & bar options. Where the hotel lacks in luxury the location makes up for in natural beauty.
Review 86:Hotel could use an upgrade, which they seemed to be working on in some places to get ready for Xmas high season.
Review 87:Location is amazing, right on Railay Beach, next to Rayavadee, very nice private villas in beautiful setting. Staff very helpful.
Review 88:Restaurant & bar all shut by 10pm Beach busy Not a lot of places to eat & drink East Railey was a bit of a dump
Review 89:Room was lovely, bed comfy, staff friendly, scenery on west beach lovely... Restaurant had a live singer every night which was fairly good as background music.
Review 90:Rather expensive restaurant. If you stay in the smallest rooms for 2 people, you'll be located in Ralay east, and you'll have to walk 5 minutes to get to Ralay west. The tourist guy of the hotel located to the right side of the lobby was not very helpful, tried to fool us, saying that if we wanted to go in a private boat we had to pay 4500 Baht instead of just telling us to go to the beach and negotiate there
Review 91:The restaurant where we take the breakfast is right in front of the beach, as is the swimming pool. It has a great view, in Ralay West. We were upgraded to a bedroom for 3 people so it was very big and near ralay west. The Swimming pool is fantastic, you can go to the sea and then go sunbathing in the pool.
Review 92:We loved the location and the Thai staff were wonderful! We loved the relax vibe and the sunsets were amazing too! I would recommend this place to friends and travelers.
Review 93:partner has a bout of food poisoning for one day eating a fruit from the restaurant but these things happen in Thailand and there is a pharmacy just 2 minutes away so after 24 hours it was fine. Phranang Beach was amazing but come late morning there were boats bringing groups of tourists over from the other neighbouring islands which ruined the tranquility of it, so get in early in the morning if you want to check out that beach!
Review 94:location and ease of getting around. the people. Nothing like Phuket which was perfect!
Review 95:Railay West is definitely the better side of the island, since the beach there is much nicer. Railay East is less than a 5 min walk away and there are a lot of restaurants, ... where you can find everything you need.
Review 96:Staff was brilliant and friendly, transfer service worked like clockwork (no waiting in between transfer from long tail boat to car - vice versa). Breakfast buffet was good.
Review 97:Some of the rooms can only be accessed by a pretty ugly back street and the lighting isn't great. There was ants in the room. Also there is many bats there not that the hotel can help that. The bar closed at ten meaning you have to venture elsewhere
Review 98:Location is good although not very accessible. There is a lot to do there with various bars and restaurants. Swimming pool was nice and the beach was great. Several shops nearby for groceries. The room was nice and big
Review 99:Count with a poor wi-fi connection, it is not a true that wi-fi signal is everywhere in the resort for 24/7.
Review 100:The resort has the best location in the whole part of this place/peninsula!
Review 101:We had a problem during the dinner at the hotel with the staff. Food came very very late and the staff was very lazy. Finally we spoke with the manager and everything was OK.
Review 102:The location was amazing. Better if you have a clear day so you can appreciate the views.
Review 103:They don't really care about your request that you stated in your booking. Not like other experience I had in Thailand, they didn't send a single email to follow up with my request and in the end, I did not get what I requested in terms of room type.
Review 104:The location of the resort is exellent, right on Railay west beach. You have the options of awesome beach front pool and quiet hidden pool deeper into the resort.
Review 105:to my opinion the ladies toilet next to swimming pool need so upgrade
Review 106:your breakfast was fantastic and I also like how beautifully the room smell after my arrival,
Review 107:The air condition in the house didn't have a fan option which was a bit disappointing cause then you had to use the cold option all the time. Also there was no fan in the garden which would have made spending time there much nicer.
Review 108:This time we took a house with a small garden and a tub bath. The house was really cosy with windows to 3 directions and garden was surprisingly spacious and beautiful. The jacuzzi was also very nice after we learned that we have to fill it every day by ourselves which took always about 2 hours. Luckily the outside shower was so close to the tub that we could add hot water from there.
Review 109:Bar is poor so are cocktails. The hotel allows smoking eveni in restaurants. Food is pretty average.
Review 110:Nice location. Very good breakfast. Wonderful airport transfer. Inexpensive if it is a group.
Review 111:I thought I would be close to the pool on railay beach west but my room was actually on railay beach east and I had to be driven in a golf cart to it. East is definitely not as good of a beach view as west.
Review 112:I liked the layout of the room it had a huge bathroom with tub and also a large closet area.
Review 113:The staf of the swimming pool and restaurant.
Review 114:The staf of the reception (staf of the swimming pool and restaurant was less). The location was very good. Breakfest was good.
Review 115:Overpriced for the facilities. Spa bath was not worth the extra money.
Review 116:Railay beach is gorgeous and it's on the doorstep. Pick up services were excellent. Staff were friendly. Rooms lovely.
Review 117:We pretty much loved everything!!! We stayed in Deluxe cottage located in eastern part. We are young couple, it was not our hooneymoon, but still, when we arrived our bed was covered with flowers in a heart shape :) Everything was working well, food in restaurant was great. My fav dish was Fried Norvegian salmon with mash potatoes and spinach. I only dont recommend pizza there, it has sourish taste, i guess because of lack of special cheese. Staff - each of them were sweet, some of them extra nice people that makes me miss this resort even more. Me and my boyfriend chilled there for 12 days. Every day had something to do/see even though Railay beach seems a small place. I strongly recommend on taking their transfer service. Especially if you arrive/ leave at night. Our friends took a boat themselves to make it cheaper and they fell into water with luggage and everything. It was only one young boy in charge of a boat. Some boats are very old. And railay bay resort and spa will pick you with a tractor from the boat and take straight to hotel. Only few hotels have tractor in service. Otherwise you will have to walk in the water with ur luggage. Its not very pleasant aaaand especially at night. We are a couple from Ukraine and Slovenia, who live in Shanghai. Cheers :)
Review 118:The staff has no willingness to do anything, you feel like they're doing a favour even speaking with you. The WIFI is unstable and just terrible. The food is overpriced.
Review 119:The deluxe villa includes a private Jacuzzi. Comfortable bed.
Review 120:Prices are the most expensive in the entire area! (food and beverage) more value for money elsewhere. They were late to check us in (we were told to wait another hour + before our room was ready)
Review 121:Room was nice with the private jacuzzi. Great beach.
Review 122:The beach is a bit too dark at night. May improve by giving some tall spotlight perhaps from the cliff of rocks at night (so the view will be more magnificient!). And at least to give more value on visitors' money (in which, I believe visitors got to pay more compared to other districts). Lastly, the resorts over Railay Beach may as well combine to provide areas for beach-based sports like volleyball, soccer etc. To give it a more fun and cheerful scenery.
Review 123:Staffs are helpful. A good place for a private and relaxing getaway. The beach is clean. Everything is a bit on the expensive side but again, worth the experience and scenery. The crowd who stays overnight mainly is of medium and upperclass visitor, thus the much quieter place compared to Ao Nang.
Review 124:Gettingt there is a bit unpleasant by boat but hotel has nothing to do with that
Review 125:Absolute perfect beach. Good staff . Surrounded by nature. Value for money.
Review 126:The cheaper rooms were located pretty far, closer to the east beach of railay, but nothing too bad to walk. They cleaned the room late- around 4 pm, and intruppetrd us when we were sleeping, twice..
Review 127:The location is great, the food is good, great pool on the beach, the fact you get a bag to take to the beach! So kind and full of thought on the guests. Haven't seen it anywhere else.
Review 128:Dirty bathroom, very smelly all day long. Wifi is week and the local restaurant is much expensive. Many mosquitos and other bugs all over.
Review 129:The pool and the beach. Breakfast was good.
Review 130:Lots of ants in the room. Had to switch rooms because they were so bad. The food was mediocre and more expensive than at most of the other resorts/restaurants in the area. - one morning there were ants crawling all over the banana bread Room type that I booked said it slept three. Had to pay an extra 1200 Baht per night for an "extra bed" even though my daughter slept on the sofa bed.
Review 131:Location is excellent. Pool was decent
Review 132:After spending 7 weeks traveling Thailand last year on a budget this place was like paradice! We paid extra for a transfer service which I would highly reccomend! Last time we visited railey we got dropped off by a long tail boat in shallow water and had to carry our luggage over our head - regardless of what we were wearing. Here the transfer was readyand waiting at the airport, a mini bus took us to the port and a longtail boat took us the rest of the way however there was no trudging to shaw, instead there was a tractor with a trailor to collect us! I was very impressed by this! The tractor took us to a golf buggy that dropped our bags off and us right at reception to check in. In that heat this was very much appreciated, there was no waiting around it was all very officiant. Also there are no words to describe the view from the pool! Will be extremely hard to beat!!
Review 133:Too many things. Although the payment has already been charged in our credit card, the hotel asked us for another card and did the charge again because we hadn't the first card with us when we booked in, and it took two weeks to gave the money back (with a worst exchange). We asked for a king size bed because it was our honey moon and when we arrived to the room there were two separated beds. We complaint and they changed the room. The jacuzzi tap poured water so slowly that it took three hours till we could use it. But the worst thing in this hotel was the renew and repairing works everywhere starting early in the morning... We couldn't rest properly any of the 6 nights we stayed there because it was really noisy, they should have had a better organization and ubicate the guests far from the working area.
Review 134:The hotel situation.
Review 135:We didn't like food at the restaurant for dinner. Also it was expensive. After 10a.m. a lot of boats arrvive to the beach with tourists. But it were not a problem if these tourists didn't come to our pool and take the hotels pool beds. The spa at the hotel was average.
Review 136:Good location of the hotel. Unforgetable view from the beach, main pool and restaurant. Very cozy and quiet second pool inside the hotel teritorry. There is a nice exterior there. Breakfast was varied. We were lucky to meet friendly staff.
Review 137:Really run down and grubby. Cottage grass roofings in disrepair, walkways littered with old furniture, building materials and litter. No attempt is made to make anything pleasant. Only the main restaurant and bar areas are kept in good order. The sparsely stocked shop is grossly overpriced and the laundry service will cost 5× mainland prices (a bag of laundry cost me over £40)
Review 138:The location is OK if you want to chill away from the usual hustle and bustle of Thai tourist places.
Review 139:Hotel tour agency was no helpful The breakfast seems big, but it's not, it was very disappointing. Nothing to hang you swimming close on at room I book again if I get a good deal on a room if not I wouldn't book
Review 140:Location was nice Good dinner restaurant Nice pool area
