Review 1：We went to the office and there was never anyone, the alarm sound in the kitchen ceiling, and it doesn't have paper, soap, shampoo.

Review 3：Completely misleading description of location. It states "shore" this unit is not on the shore, it is a block away. When I called management they did nothing to rectify this. I traveled from ny with an infant, a 9 year old and an elderl. I was and still am upset.

Review 4：I love the layout of condo and terrific pool. I appreciate the parking garage. Brand new carpeting in this unit.

Review 5：Lovely area but underwhelmed by number of local restaurants with many closing at 9pm. Food was good however!

Review 7：the booking photo was not accurate, the condo building was not on the beach side, as illustrated on photo. when we arrived to check in, we were disappointed to learn the unit was one block away. having an elderly disabled parent, this was a real issue. no accommodations were made to rectify the problem.

Review 9：The advertising for the room on the net was very misleading. I thought I was booking a room on the water. Even the map for the location shows the building on the water. Was kind of disappointed once I paided and then got the address an seen it was not on the water. By then it was to late. I would have booked it anyways just wish the site would have been upfront with me.

Review 13：1. Chasing down the second parking permit and second set of keys. 2. No Bikes or kayaks were ever available at second location on Long boat Key as stated in book. 3. Calling 4 times to get the payment of the room taken care of.
