Review 1：Walls were a little thin. Heard a baby crying a lot next door but it wasn't too bad.

Review 2：I enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. Also, the continental breakfast was great for our family!

Review 3：The entrance to the hotel rooms are outside making if difficult to return to your room after visiting the pool/hot tub. Also there were no Handicap rooms with the Higher toilet seat of grab bars.

Review 9：The location was very good for access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The staff was very friendly. It was nice having the indoor pool and hot tub. Our room was clean and very comfortable.

Review 10：When I checked in, the person up front wanted to charge me almost $30 more than what booking said. He was a complete jerk, however; the lady later that night was very sweet and the person the next day took care of the extra charges.

Review 18：There really wasn't anything I didn't like... I would suggest a room by the indoor pool so you don't have to go outside to get to it just makes it easier if you are going to be using the pool & hot tub.

Review 19：The location was good directly across from the "Dixie Stampede". My kids loved the pool & hot tub. The staff was excellent especially the maid service. I was not feeling well the morning we were to checkout so my Husband called the front desk to let them know we would need a late check out. They were all so kind and understanding. Thank you Best Western Toni Inn for such an enjoyable stay !!

Review 20：It was noisy at night I think there were a group of women staying beside us and it seemed like ten were staying in that room! That were in and out all night!

Review 21：The location was perfect for us! My husband and I came for a long weekend away from the kids in beautiful pigeon forge! We loved all the great restaurants within walking distance!

Review 24：Charged us the wrong rate and only credited us at checkout which hindered us on what we had available to spend during our trip. We use only use cash on these mini vacations. But at least they gave us a credit.

Review 26：Only thing we didn't like was not enough outlets for electronics. Another thing was they need a smoking area away from guest rooms. You would walk out of room and people would be on balcony smoking. Not a smoker and didn't want to smell like smoke for the day. I would suggest a smoking area only away from guest rooms. Breakfast area was on the crowded side. Would be nice if they could have a breakfast area employee keep trash cans empty when full and keep tables cleaned off. If something was empty at the breakfast area you had to go to the front desk and ask for it.

Review 28：We loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Most of the rooms are outdoors, but our room was indoors at the pool area and we loved that. We liked the flat screen tv in our room. Our room was clean and very lovely. Breakfast was hot and good. It's across the road from the Dixie Stampede. It's a wonderful place to stay during the colder months and if we go again soon we will stay here again.

Review 29：Needs some updating in the bathroom. Faucet was loose from the wall. The floors could use a GOOD scrubbing. Feet got dirty walking in the room.

Review 31：1. The pillows absolutely sucked. I would not ever allow my pets to rest on those. Terrible. 2. Parking is truly limited. Very difficult to find a place to park and the parking lot resembles a rape/murder scene from a creepy movie. 3. The indoor pool area was poorly lit, and wreaked of such a strong chlorine smell, that it gave me an instant headache, and I was only in the pool area to get ice for no more than 2 minutes maximum. I would not allow my children in the pool area.

Review 33：W went to bed at 10PM and our room was located near the indoor pool area, Children screamed and hollered till 12PM.. I We could have gotten about as much good sleep at an interstate rest stop. Bed comfortable but noise level made me angry. we were told we should have reported it to Manager for security to do something about noise.. We were all very tired from road trip. Will not go there again. hotel not up to the money we paid for this room
