Review 1：It could have been even better if the hotel decoracion would have portrayed a little the area´s strong personality, so charming, rustic and authentic. At this hotel, you feel that you might be on any country in the world, on any region. It´s true that it has some "wood decoration", but too slightly. Anyway, as the whole Romania itself (not included the expensive Bucharest) this hotel is an absolute bargain: again, as whole Romania, so cheap, pleasant, beautiful and safe.

Review 2：There are 2 problems. The heating installation makes horrible sounds in the middle of the night. It is like someone is banging on the pipes with a hammer. And the problem is in every room, because we stayed here 4 times and every time the same problem, but the time it was the worst. Second problem, they are renovating a floor of the hotel so at 8 AM of Saturday morning we were woken up by the beautiful sound of a drill. Beautiful, what can I say

Review 6：Good overall experience. Room was large, nice and clean, almost 4* standard. Breakfast was rich and tasty but there is place for improvement: fried eggs were cold, orange juice and coffee could be better. A la carte restaurant was very good. The hotel is very well placed to explore Bucovina monasteries and Targu Neamt area in day trips.

Review 9：The rooms were not properly cleaned, we found empty shower gel recipients in the bathroom and the carpets, windows and frames were dirty. Very hard to find a parking place, the parking lot was full with a lot of cars blocking other cars.

Review 20：It was our second time there and always we asked we didn't get a room with a view although we always book a "superior" double room. The bed is a bit small. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there's a huge racket starting at 8 30 AM. It didn't bother us since we got up early and returned to the room late at night but it was really noisy. What bothered me was that they've told us about this when we checked in at 1 o'clock in the morning, what choice would we have? It would have been nice to inform us since we booked well in advance. However, this is a problem that will go away soon.

Breakfast was really good and the hotel is looking quite good(maybe a three start rather then 4). NIce spa area, great massage and very nice staff. Location was really great and the morning view just perfect. Where did all the bad references come from? ..:) enjoy your stay!

Review 69：The hotel is located in the middle of the town, next to a high traffic road. People who prefer to sleep with the windows open should ask for rooms with the view toward the back of the hotel
