Review 9：The grounds were beautiful with a very Spanish tropical feel and beautiful foliage throughout the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful - the breakfast was great. The location made it easy to walk the restaurants, bars, and shops within a mile and a half.

Review 10：WiFi couldn't be worse in our appartement. Our bedroom was so luxurious it was almost overdone; but I suppose that is a complement rather than criticism.

Review 11：Spending some time here is like having a holiday in a beautiful country manor in Tuscany. Peter is a great host. We could only stay here for one night, a thing we deeply deplored.

Review 19：We had a cottage with a private patio area which was enhanced with beautiful plants. Breakfast by the pool on such a lovely morning is a bonus and the eggs benedict were cooked perfectly. A lot of effort goes into the running of Grand View Gardens and it certainly shows.

Review 20：The owners were so helpful, accomodating when I required a room where I didn't require any steps (am handicapped), and delightful people! The whole ambiance was one of warmth, "old Florida comfort" and lushness. The landscaping they have growing is top notch and the cottage we had was so homey:) The pool area was beautiful but we didn't avail ourselves of it due to rain and thunderstorms when we got back from our excursions.

Review 48：This B&B is excellent in quality, hospitality and the location itself looks fantastic, including a good breakfast served in the garden. Our room was very clean with all facilities you need. We've never seen such price/quality standard in Florida before.

I almost forgot to mention that we arrived on a red-eye from California at 7:00 a.m., called ahead and were told that the room would be ready for us and it was, at 9:00 a.m.
