Review 1：During online booking I was asked if I wanted smoking or non smoking room. I have a severe smoke allergy. Even before the staff opened my room door the strong odor of days or weeks of indoors smoking was coming through. Inside the room the odor was thick. The staff went right to work with parfume and cleaning over hard surfaces with scented cleanser, but this room had been used for a long time with smokers indoors. The room was super clean, the sheets were super clean and had no odor, the heat was left on high and my window was able to stay opened, but I did have a mild allergic reaction that, 4 days later, is still persisting.

Review 2：I love the heart that is put into the work from the staff. Its visible in the guest service, cleanliness, and genuine happiness that exudes from the staff. The room was spacious, they graciously and happily welcomed my dog, which gave me great ease during the first rest i had taken on my long trip. The breakfast was very nicely presented and fresh, and did I say the staff and how beautiful they were? lovely souls taking care of this hotel.

Review 5：The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They were fun. They helped us arrange a trip to Mount Nemrut. Excellent location.

Review 7：Take this dislike it a little bit funny ... To the fine breaktfast at the top floor with a fine view to the southern mountain range I missed an apricot JAM. After my humorous complaint we were accompanied to the city'ys basar where we where we where convinced to be really in the very area of apricots.

Review 8：If you want/have to stay in Malatya and also want to get a feeling of this vivid university city ... (located almost in the heat point and center point of Turkey) ... this is the perfect location. Stayed twice - With 36 Euro - Good value of money. Especially if you think of the alternatives in Malatya

Review 12：Every staff member very friendly and helpful, most speak some English, several and owner Mustafa speak it well. Mustafa organised a private tour for me to go up Mt Nemrut, being just outside it's tourist season I wouldn't have got to see it otherwise. The breakfast spread was awesome and a great view while eating breakfast too.

Review 16：We ate a group of 6. The manager and staff is so kind and helpful. We told him we wanted to buy some dry fruit,he went with us to the local market and show us the local restaurant. The hotel location is in the city centre. Very conventient though a bit old. The hotel rate is reasonable. Highly recommended for bugetted travellers.

Review 18：Good location and comfort and rich breakfast. But the best part of itall is the owner, Mr Mustafa, who speaks fluent English and will doeverything he can to help you solve all sorts of problems. In a busyweekend he managed to find us the only car rental in town which stillhad available cars, and got us a good deal too.

Review 20：Everyone at the hotel are welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They very quickly accept you as part of their family and make you feel either like you have been staying there for a long time, or that you should. Hotel is clean and breakfast was very good too.

Review 21：My friend and I stayed at City Kent Hotel for one night. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was nice and friendly. We asked to use their computer and printer to print our airplane ticket and they helped us to do it. The location is good, very near the bazaar and city center. The room was spacious and clean. Everything was perfect.

Review 22：The staffs were very friendly and wanted to help me, but be aware that they don't speak English at all, except for one guy (I guess he's the manager). I speak Turkish so it wasn't a problem for me, but for those who don't speak any Turkish, it might be difficult to communicate.

Review 23：Stayed at a double room. The room was really spacious for one person so I had no problem with the size. The room and bathroom were very clean. A buffet-style breakfast gives you various choices of cereals, vegetables, fruits and so on. The hotel is right in the middle of the city center area, meaning there are plenty of good places to eat near the hotel. The staffs were helpful. A strong wi-fi signal.
