Review 1：The room certainly needs refurbishing. Lack of mirror in room, needs set of drawers, needs extra plug sockets. Also badly in need of painting walls look very dingy.

Review 3：Very thin walls, you can hear the neighbours' noises. This however seems to be the case in every hotel in Koh Chang.

Review 7：Walls in the rooms are dirty - someone should really take care of that, as it doesn't look good at all. No breakfast, you can have one in hotel's restaurant (Moo4) for 120 THB, but it's very small and simple - it's better to go somewhere else (there are many restaurants and two 7/11 stores nearby).

Review 17：Bed: comfortable initially but soon suffered back ache due to hardness Pool: needs more loungers (with parasols) Other: a huge young thai family were incredibly noisy and 'spread themselves around' everyone else's personal space outside their accommodation. Not the hotels fault but due to the size of the surroundings the noise was very noticeable.

Number one is that there was no tea pot and tea provided inside the rooms and even when asked for they said they don't have any. If your in Koh Chang.. Please stay here! You won't be disappointed. We even extended our stay because we didn't want to leave!

Review 50：It was loud owing to the aggregate, so we woke up in the morning because of the noise. We were told that it occurs only on Sundays but it was the case during our entire stay. The hotel staff does not speak English, so communication was very limited. We checked out at 8.00 a.m. in order to leave for Bangkok though the minibus to Bangkok failed to pick us up (for unknown reasons). We asked the receptionist for the key to the room for the time remaining to the latest checkout, i.e. just for 3 hours, though our request was refused as "there were may guests". There was no breakfast included, which was disappointing taking into account the high price for a night. One can order breakfast extra though it is quite expensive. The hotel does not have a direct access to the beach. The price does not correspond to the service.

Review 53：We were surprised by the hotel interior design but most of all great, competitive, extremely helpful and perfect english speaking staff, like no other in Thailand during our monthly stay in this country. + staff is 6star rated team of super skilled, with politness, kindness and willingess to help 24hour + design of the hotel and creation lut to every detail, from the reception hall, wooden floor to bathrooms. Modern yet very western style accompanied with exotic touch + moo4 restaurant belonging to hotel is a great place to dine and serves a good quality meals at 'normal' prices + good wifi Additionally regarding the koi bae beach - you have to turn left from main road before pharmacy drugstore and pass the white knot resort, beach is very nice, pleasant white sand, free sunbeds with umbrellas, water a bit too cold but amazing view - try snorkeling in this place!!!! In same place in Thailand you have to buy a trip and go by boat to see the views that you have right at the shore for free. Renting a snorkeling equipment is possible for 120baht total mask + flippers, go to the right side of the beach about 100m and ask at the beach bars.

Review 130：It's on the wrong side of the main road with no direct beach access. If you want to lie on the beach (which is not always the best thing on Koh Chang as there can be jelly fish and biting sand flies at different times of the year) you've got to find somewhere that doesn't belong to a hotel, although you can always buy a drink and use that hotel's loungers and shades. There were no bedside lights in our room.

Review 131：There are two pools surrounded by modern stylish chalets. If you want to swim laps, this is the ideal place as one of the pools is about 40m long. Spotless comfortable rooms.

Review 134：Smelly bathroom drain in shower. Quilts were a bit heavy considering the temperature did not drop below about 25 overnight. It would have been nice to have a light blanket option as we like to sleep with some covers.

Review 135：Two pools available, one slightly smaller and less deep. Very convenient to the room. Seating areas outside under cover as well as two sling chairs provided for our use. Close to a lot of restaurants, the beach and bars.

Review 136：No one told us that we needed to book a transfer a day before we needed to travel back to Bangkok. The staff during the night shift suggested us to look for transfer by ourselves, but I suppose it is a part of your job to be able to help your guests during their stay. Finally, we got a transfer and we thanked him for finally find it for us.

Review 137：The location is great for those who wants to gain access to small bars and convenient stores. The place is nice and clean and we have access to the pool. The room is spacious and clean.

Review 138：At the back of the room, over the wall, was the canteen for the Gajapuri complex. This started up at 5:45 a.m. most days and was very noisy. We asked to move rooms but none were available. Choose a "standard room" to avoid this.

Review 139：The room (Room 12) was nice and stayed cool without much use of the air-con. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central and close to Siam Cottage which provided breakfast and most of our meals.
