Review 6:Old room. Not yet renovated. Old furniture. Not as stylish as advertised on the website. Constant humming of air con from outside. Not relaxing.
Review 7:Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Good location. Clean.
Review 8:We wanted to leave early for the Eurotunnel so went for breakfast as soon as they opened at 8am but they seemed surprised to see anyone and didn't have everything ready. The underground parking is a real squeeze for a family car!
Review 9:The family room was surprisingly large and had separate rooms which was unexpected. Nice view from the balcony. Wifi was excellent.
Review 10:It's the second time we stay at this hotel, and again most of the hotel was occupied by a big group of elderly people. We felt a little bit lost.
Review 11:Very comfortable and spacious rooms
Review 12:First room like a sauna and at first we were told to just open the windows; hmmmm obviously something wrong with underfloor heating, eventually reception changed our room to one which was fine. This however marred the stay. This room should not have been used.
Review 13:Good Family restaurant. Helpful bar staff
Review 14:nothing
Review 15:Great location, metres from the beach, helpful staff good service. At this time, this part of town is quite desolate, I did not get to the middle of Nieuport only the beach and harbour area. I guess in summer it will be buzzing
Review 16:Breakfast included but 10 minutes after opening time no more orange juice available and no staff to be seen.
Review 17:Situation of the hotel. Sea view from the room
Review 18:Fitted carpet, not ideal for allergies. Breakfast lay-out not very practical.
Review 19:Very comfortable beds, separate toilet, peaceful and very good breakfast.
Review 20:Close to the sea and the shops, this hotel is ideally situated for a break at the seaside. It has private parking, which is very useful as street parking is restricted. The staff were friendly and efficient and everything was very comfortable.
Review 21:Breakfast started at 08.00, which was after I had left for work!!
Review 22:Nice restaurant and rooms.
Review 23:Rooms very hot, even in autumn. No way to make the room cooler (windows wide open and heating off)
Review 24:Very comfortable and convenient for most things. Very good breakfast.
Review 25:Had to pay in advance. No garage offered although booked two months in advance.

Review 46:The bar that in summer closes at 22,00 hours
Review 47:Position, breakfast and balcony
Review 48:Minibar only after given a caution for the minibar-key !
Review 49:Breakfast Too many people en too little tables
Review 50:Room
Review 51:Nice rooms - WC separated from bathroom. Good food - pleasant personnel
Review 52:No airco, fairly simple room.
Review 53:Location, breakfast, parking facilities
Review 54:-dogs in the hotel. It looks at some times like a dog kennel - people allergic to animal hair will have problems because of dogs staying in the rooms with former guest. Hair in the carpet and on the bed ! - unacceptable presence of dogs in the restaurant. This is not hygienic!
Review 55:-clean family hotel -top hotel with younger children at the seaside -comilfo restaurant is good -excellent rooms for short stay with children
Review 56:Breakfast from 8 to 10 to short and therefore much too crowded and noisy.
Review 57:We were traveling with our 10 months son and get a room at 1st floor. We could enjoy the delicious restaurant downstairs while having connection with our baby phone to listen to our son.
Review 58:The breakfast on the second morning was not served in the spacious breakfast room/restaurant but in a meeting room at -1. This was a quite old place and it gave the impression of a cantina - not at all suitable. Such a shame, as they did serve a nice champagne breakfast. Staff at the bar was very inexperienced. It took forever to take our order, prepare it and we had to wait a long time to get the check too. They were quite rude. There was no wifi, but internet by cable, if you provided a bail of €10... very old-fashioned!
Review 59:The hotel is ideally located at Nieuwpoort Bad, right at the tram stop and the beach. It features a nice restaurant, brasserie and beautiful bar. The hotel is bright and modern and the room was large - with a separate toilet, which I like. We stayed over on New Year's Eve and they organised a dinner and dance. We did not participate, and despite the fact that we were only at the first floor, we were not bothered by the music (good walls!).
Review 60:the noise of the road was unbearable, they need to change the windows... Room was unbearable the heating didnt switch off, room was too hot. Breakfast was not anything special, instant coffee no thanks !
Review 61:the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and very large
Review 62:Unfortunately I was left waiting to be served for over 40 minutes in the Brasserie, other people arrived after me yet were served first, one even on the next table.
Review 63:All of the hotel except for the brasserie where the service was non existant.
Review 64:There were many disabled guests there also at the time. I've no objection to them individually but they did cramp facilities somewhat, I think a mention in the prospectus would have been helpful.
Review 65:excellent rooms, plentiful breakfast ,all tastes catered for, no continental breakfast only here.
Review 66:factory like breakfast on both days not very pleasant nor impressive breakfast buffet menu crowdy feeling due to massive amount of guests noisy hotel
Review 67:location
Review 68:Always difficult to park in that area, and hotel parking charges seema bit high.
Review 69:The staff were v friendly and helpful. The hotel caters well for lessmobile customers, even has extra large lift suitable for wheelchairs. The location is ideal, close to beach, riverside and shops/cafes
Review 70:I did't notice that the sauna was not free access before i came. Knowing this i would have looked for another hotel. The rest was very nice and very friendly.
Review 71:Was asked to pay for room upon check-in. Needs renovating, rooms have dated feel. Limited car parking. Claims about business conferencing and team building, in particular, were hard to believe.
Review 72:Price/quality ratio OK. Staff polite.
Review 73:All of the staff were helpful and efficient. Even though breakfast was not supposed to start until 08.00 hours they did not complain when I arrived at 07.30 hours for my breakfast. The ladies were still most helpful even though it must have been an inconvenience for them.
Review 74:It's new, it's modern and very nicely decorated. Bathroom and toilet are faboulously clean compared to other hotels in the same price-range. Breakfast is exelent.
Review 75:We were there for one night with two children and us parents, in a combined room. the welcoming was already very efficient and child friendly. The room itself couldn't be better: perfect layout, clean and good bathroom, little balcony on the parents' side. Good breakfast. Good position near the shops and beach. We'll come back here!
Review 76:We were driving to Holland and stopped overnight. I am disabled andfound the room (527) and facilities excellent and the staff mosthelpful. Top class food in the restaurant We have already recommendedthe hotel and will continue to do sO.Many Thanks.
Review 77:Staying with kids, missed two things: a little potje or toilet seatreducer would have made easier for kids to use toilet. Secondly, therewas no hooks in the bathroom, so nowhere where to hang the used (wet)towels or bathrobes. Rather expensive choice with three kids.
Review 78:Good facilities with kids. Close to the beach and accessible toPlopsaland next day. Brasserie was a good visit for evening mealwith the kids.
Review 79:Rooms too hot no air flow very stuffy at night.
Review 80:the accomodation of the bathroom was very poor
Review 81:the central position of the hotel to seaside, villagecenter, shopping, walking...simply the best!
Review 82:TV size-couldn't be smaller! Breakfast area-needs rethink
Review 83:Room size Large lifts
Review 84:The room was pretty ugly, uncomfortable bathroom (no shower holder), for a three star hotel it was very, very basic
Review 85:Location.Cheap parking nearby.Hotel restaurant very good.
Review 86:everything
Review 87:Parking wasn't great, my car got damaged
Review 88:Great location, great staff, good food.
Review 89:The garage very difficult to reach 200 meters away and via a lift 2 levels lower The room very small and noisy no airconditioning. Price too high
Review 90:Building is old, not as clean as would have liked and does not have good view of ocean.
Review 91:Staff was super helpful! Breakfast was superb!
Review 92:terrible pillows
Review 93:No English speaking tv channels
Review 94:Close to shops and beach
