Review 1：The hotel was filthy. The laundry room had the same trash for over a week. There was hair on all washers and dryers for over a week. The plates and utensils in the food hall were often still dirty. My room was not made up twice.

Review 2：The staff was quite pleasant after having been there for 24 days over the last six weeks. They finally realized I existed and greeted me in a friendly manner.

Review 3：Despite having received a confirmation email from Booking.com when wearrived they had no record of our reservation. Fortunately a room wasavailable. When I called you, you said the fax had gone through. Idon't know where the screwup was, but you need to sort it out,because had they been sold out, it would have been a big problem!

Review 5：The breakfast was adequate, but it could gave been better. It was comparable to a La Quinta, but I felt this was a much nicer place then that. It was free, so I guess it was better than nothing.

Review 9：The rooms amminities were lacking and rooms were small. Squeezing a king size bed in there, leaves you with no walking space. There weren't enough drawwers for our clothings. Air conditioner was extremely loud, so I was unable to get my usual hours of sleep. The iron leaked all over our clothes.

Review 14：Lovely helpful staff who were happy to check us in early. Great location in between City Place and the beaches. 10 mins walk to Cityplace but hotel shuttle will take you anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel. Room was huge, more like a suite, and very clean. Breakfast was a nice extra.

Review 23：Beware, sometimes the shuttle service gets busy. Try not to rely on it if you can help it. Also, the only thing I didn't like in the room was the light switches that had little blue lights on them all over the room. It was difficult to get the room nice and dark overnight.

Review 35：We requested wheelchair accessibility. We were put on the 4th floor near the end of a very long corridor. They could not have found a more inconvient room. No help was offered. Made the stay very difficult.

Review 39：Room and hallways were never vacumed the entire 8 nights we were there. The bed was very uncomfortable, the closets were way too small and there was not enough space to put clothes. There was no one to bring soap to the room at night (the housekeepers never left soap or other toiletries) we had to keep asking. The hotel allows dogs (great!) but there was no place safe to walk them. The t.v. advertised that guests can order food 24/7, but there was no menu to be found in the room; when I called the desk I was told "to find it online". then, found out that no one delivers the food, you have to pick it up in the lobby. Not at all convenient. Two night desk people were very rude and couldn't be bothered to help. The lights in the room all went off, we came home to a dark room. Was told that its a "green hotel". However, it didn't happen every time we were gone- it made me feel as if someone was going in the room while we were out. They either go out all of the time or not at all!

Review 41：On check out Sunday when everyone was checking out an elavator broke down. It meant the entire hotel was restricted to only one. This encluded the housekeeping staff with their huge carts. You figure it out. Quite a delay and difficulty leaving. I was on a very tight time schedule. I was late to Sunday brunch on account of the broken elavator.

Review 46：We were there for a wedding...arrived to hotel early and the staff offered to tag and hold our luggage for us until a room became available. Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms and friendly staff. We loved that it sat within the business district because the area was virtually a ghost town (traffic-wise) on the weekend and it made walking around town so easy. Loved everything being w/in reasonable walking distance (few blocks) and the beach was about a mile away...nice walk. Would definitely come back again and bring our young kids (for the beach). Loved the "preferred" taxi service they recommended...very easy to set up, oay for and drivers were very friendly.

Review 47：I stopped by for one night on my way to Orlando. It was perfect. But I wouldn't use this location for a long stay: a bit dark (corridors and room). The view from my room was a car park and a big wall.

Review 56：We called down to request extra blankets because we couldn't find one in the room for the pull-out couch and they didn't bring it until we actually went down to the lobby to get it. Also there was no hairdryer in the room which was a hassle and we had to call down for that too. The complimentary hot breakfast didn't feel like good quality food but it's a good amenity to offer guests.

Review 57：I loved that our room had two queen beds and then a little separate area with a couch fit for five people. It was really spacious! The television was huge and the extra countertop for a tiny kitchen space was really helpful. We were four people in that room but it didn't feel cramped at all!

I'll try not to sound like an overly critical Goldie-locks, but I tried every hot item offered, (oatmeal, an open-faced ham and egg english, and the french toast), the only one that was edible at best was the french toast, but was not worth the calories. Stick to the many cold or toasted options they have available.
