Review 1：We went down for breakfast at 9.15am as breakfast was until 9.30am. By the time I had feed my little girl it was 9.30 and I went up to get breakfast and all the hot food had been taken away. So I went to get some bread and cheese and the cheese was taken away by the staff as I was literally putting some on my plate. They made is very clear we were holding them up. At 9.45am we were still drinking our coffee and they started clearing away our table as we where sitting there and then starting hoovering around up. It made breakfast really uncomfortable and as it was our holiday we were looking forward to a relaxed breakfast not moody staff hovering around us until we moved.

Review 3：I think the personal on the hotel is unpleasant because before i check inn the reception ask me if have reservation and I said yes. The room that had been book was two beds so kind of i maid a mistake but then i ask if there is a room with one bed and the reception said there is but it expensive.. I was really eretated for the reason of she did not give me suggestion if i can transfer,and then she said that this is the room that I had book. Another things more the card that she gave me was not working so i return to the reception and there is no customer that time and I was standing there and it seems like she does not care at all. The last thing was more dissapointed because they deduct double amount on my bank account så I pay double amount on that one night stay. I try to complain but they said they will return the money with in 10 days. I will never stay in Aurum anymore. They have bad service.

Review 4：Perfect place for those who are travelling by car. We have chosen this city for one night stay on the way from Northern Norway to Stockholm. Dinner included into room rate was very pleasant after so long route. Hotel is close to autoroute but there were not any road noise. Really nice place!

Review 5：Staff were very kind, helpful, service is fantastic and the rooms were good Had good space. Clean and comfortable, and my recommendation if you are tired like us, since we are studing for exam :)

Review 8：Room had two single beds that couldn't even be pushed together and were both up against a wall - not ideal. Hotel is a 20 min walk from centre of town and apart from garages there wasn't mush else in the vicinity.

Review 12：1. In bathroom I did find other peoples hair and pills. 2. When having shower and washing feet with soap - the floor turns out to be very slippery. 3. No air-condition in the room - as we had road view, we couldn't open the window - too noisy. 4. Some description of food in English - if there was any - would have been nice.

Review 25：CO2 water machine. Although the restaurant was closed for a group staff sold me a place at their buffet. Staff was very helpful.

Review 26：On arrival to the hotel they charged me an additional fee for mine 2,5 years old daughter! Explained it like fee for the breakfast and nothing mentioned about it on a booking.com. Fee was around 100SEK, don't remember exactly.

Review 27：Close to main road, easy to find. Small swimming pool, big parking around the hotel.

Review 28：I arrived at 7.50pm and was told I can have dinnerif I hurry. Ince they close at 8 pm. At exactly 8 o ' clock everything was cleaned off the buffet table without asking if there was anything I might have wanted before they clean everything away. Wi fi did not work anywhere in the hotel. Needed a cable which the reception kindly provided. Breakfast quality was very average. Fresh orange juice and good coffee saved the experience. At times it got very loud due to the nearby road.

Review 29：Good rooms and a comfortable bed. Breakfast could be enjoyed outside on the patio. Great jogging and walking opportunities along the beautiful river not far from the hotel.

Review 30：The hotel has no restaurant, just a dining room with simple bufet without staff or serving. After 8 p.m. there was no food to get at all The rooms were tiny, the extra bed we ordered has taken all floor space, and it was no longer possible to move trough the room. No way that this hotel could have 4 stars!

Review 31：We enjoyed the salt water pool and sauna opened to 11 p.m. It was very relaxing after the whole day driving across the Scandinavia. Staff was frendly and helpfull if you have finded anyone.

Review 32：The rooms are small (approximately 16 m2) and close in the winterthey cool. Check out at 11:00 - after a night checking was hard toleave at 11:00.

Review 33：Great roadside hotel at a line towards e 4 Tornio. Stayed for one nightin January on the way from Stockholm to Lapland good breakfast (whichwas a surprise for us). The staff is helpful, the day of departure fromStockholm wrote in reception, I can only come in the night 1-00(reception zabotaet to 24-00), a letter with detailed instructions onhow to move into a hotel after a 24-00 sent in 4 hours). Next to thehotel - free parking.

Review 34：The hotel is very nice; comfortable modern rooms and good facilities overall. Easy free parking next to hotel. I liked the fact that the rooms were euqipped with a shoehorn, which is not common in hotels today. The staff is also very helpful and serviceminded. A big bonus is the included evenign meal.
