Review 1：Inconsiderate occupants - loud phone call in next room at midnight; my room filled with cigarette smoke from someone.

Review 3：The bedsheets were sometimes not cleaned at all! as i saw hairs etc on it from the night before. The pillow is kind of disgusting, fully stained and discoloured and i got left with it for most of my trip. I didnt like the fact that wifi costs 5 euro a day to use in the lounge area and you cant even use it in the rooms! Plus the wifi was certainly not advertised as having a price when i was booking, leading one to think its most likely free.
Review 4：The location is great. The single room was very comfortable and enjoyable with the balcony, aircon, tv and shower. i liked the lounge area and that there are vending machines, a fridge and microwave to use.

Review 13：I requested both transfers through booking.com: "Our guest isasking for airport shuttle: Arrival on the 09 Nov by uu 103 at 9h25Departure on the 11 Nov by uu 102 at 7h10. Response: We are pleased tolet you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able toarrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for thisrequest." But there was no one waiting for me when I arrived. Formy departure, I had to pay 20 euros for the 10mins drive when theconfirmation said "there will be no extra charge"!!
