Reviews for Saddleridge Townhomes
Review 1：For our first day check-in, nobody was working in the lobby on the moutain. Instead, we were put in late check-in even though it was still several hours to the late check-in time. Nobody told us we were put in the late check-in. It was around 8or9pm. No staff worked at that time on the moutain. We called and they told us to go back and forth( actually upside and down) the moutain. The road was really confusing st night and no clear signs for direction. We got lost on the moutain. It took us more than 2 hrs to check-in. Worst of all, no notification and communication from the hotel until we called. Staff were nice but really hard to find one. For the first night, we were put in a house without wifi even though we clearly booked wifi house. When we called for the wifi passcode they said they don't know. We spent first night without wifi and decide to change to another one. Someone told me we can keep our luggage in the old one so they can move them for us, which didn't happen when we came back at night. It turned out the receptionist forgot to arrange the move. Besides, no curtain in two bedrooms for the first night, in one bedroom for the second night. First night, it has laundry but no detergent. Great decoration and great houses and views, but disappointing services.
Review 2：WiFi is very expensive in the house, $9.95/night/phone. So you have to go to the mail hall to have the free WiFi. Gym and swimming pool is rather small compared to the large real estate.
Review 3：We drove a lot in Yellowstone before we arrived in SaddleRidge. When I opened the house door, all the tiredness went away. Good 3-floor design, with sitting room and kitchen in the middle floor, nicely and completely equiped for a big family stay there. It's a good place to stay for big family and to wash off all the tiredness in a long trip and get re-energized.
