Review 8：I arrived late in the night (1am) and my reservation had been either not recorded or "cancelled" even if I said at the time of reservation that I would arrive late in the night. Therefore, I was given a kind of dorm (maybe to allow employees to have some rest), at least just for me, which was not very clean and very noisy (close to the elevator machinery). OK for a couple of hours as I left early in the morning for Gaziantep but not very professional.
