Review 1：Signing a contract even if are staying only for one day. 150 EUR deposit and it's not returned even if you lost your key. Additional bill for firewood and electricity in our case it was 14 EUR. This additional surcharges should be mentioned before booking.
Review 2：- 3 separate rooms upstairs - fireplace - terrace - view - a lot of tableware and plates
Review 3：Wifi - simply there is no such :) If you want a good signal go to the football field, which is next to the camping, and connect chata_11. Then you at least will be able to get and receive your mails. Staff - come on guys. No other languages then Slovak? You should improve that definatelly. Almost forgotten. Interesting thing is there with electricity. If boiler is on, and you are cooking something, then in all wall sockets dissapears power. It looks like one phase (out of 3) is gone. If you switch of the boiler and hob, then after while power comes back. :)
Review 4：Staff was very helpfull, even if they haven't spoke any other language. We have used mix of english/russian and finger language. :)
Review 5：They can not speak any foreign language. The staff are not very friendly. Extra fees for stupid small things (not much, but it could be include to the price)

Review 7：Internet was slow and unreachable in many places. If someone woke up first, everyone hear it, cause of the floor. Heater was tragedy, we was living all week and still dont understand how it works, seems like it works how it wants to. However place is in nice location, i can give 7 from 10. 20km from main mountains, usually it takes 20-25 to drive.
Review 8：Reception staff spoke very little English however we still managed. Also no toaster, girl or oven.
Review 9：Lovely and clean. Not far from town. Very spacious 7ppl in there and we did not fell cramped. Plenty of kitchen wear to use. Good parking and nice views.

Review 16：Once we made a booking they wanted us to make a deposit via bank transfer even if the www . booking . com rules stated that there is no prepayment. Had to escalate that to regional manager through customer service. We were very economical and only had heating on for couple of hrs in the evening until the fireplace started and we had boiler set to "off" over night and we still managed to burn €47 worth of electricity over a period of 6 days. My electricity provider in London charges me less than these guys in the middle of nowhere in Slovakia. There is no washing machine so you will have to wash everything yourself by hands. (Very big disadvantage ) There is no oven only electric hob. There is no insulation between floors in house. So you will hear in your bedroom how someone is watching youtube on their iPhone downstairs in the living room. If someone is drinking downstairs you will hear them upstairs as if they are being in your room. It didn't bothered me, but might bother someone else. Also make sure you get your own towels because towels provided are ridiculously small and only can be used to wipe your hands and not the whole body (You will need a proper towel especially if you want to go to Tatralandia). No BBQ is allowed outside on the wooden terrace because they are afraid you will damage it. No smoking in the house (at least they allowed to smoke outside on the terrace ) They speak almost no English or Russian.
Review 17：The house itself is clean, brights and fireplace is a very nice thing to have in the cold evenings after a day spend skiing in Jasna. You can cook yourself if you want. All the utensils are provided. Great stay and highly recommended.

Review 21：The chalet was new, clean, comfortable and easily accessible by carfrom the skiing resort. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Goodvalue for money.
Review 22：There was not enough hot woter for taking a shower for all of us (7 pers.), it was finished after 4 persons, which was a bit annoying. We had to take a shower in a cold woter or to wait for few hours until woter is again good temperature. If personal could speak in english- would be easier to communicate for people from a broad.
Review 23：Good located, very cosy and confortable for company of the firends or families. Staff was realy very friendly and helpfull although it was difficult to communicate as they didnt speack in english (fortunately some of our company could speack a bit polish wich is bit alike to slovak so they could understand something). There are pleny of entertainments near by this area, like aquaparks, ski resorts, caves...
