Review 1：Mattress was impossible to fall asleep on, room smelled of smoking. I stayed just one night, so I didn't fight about it.

Review 3：My daughter and I traveled here for a wedding, and loved this hotel! It was very clean and well-kept! The breakfast was expansive and delicious. In addition, we always found someone who spoke English and could direct us to different areas around the city. We were very pleased with our stay!

Review 13：First of all Ekaterina from the reception answer to my request of transfer with an excellent english! Second point, a good transfer service from the Airport to Art Hotel with a Mercedes Van with all the comforts. Third point, the restaurant inside Art Hotel is very good, for lunch, for dinner and specially for breakfast. Two fried eggs with all that you prefer, made at the moment early morning, are a perfect begining. Forth point, Art Hotel is in the center of Voronezh, a very nice city. I sleep very well in this hotel, built 8 years ago... (if I'm not wrong). I saw that there is the new construction of the Art Grand Hotel not so far away... 210 rooms and a conference floor. I was not expecting to see this architectural development in this small city in Russia. At the end it's not so small, let's say "Grand"...

Review 14：Tap water smells (might be spring seasonal issue?), also the 'soundproof' is not that soundproof - we heard the noise from other rooms.

Review 18：Everybody speaks perfect English, they are very well customer-oriented and understand the needs of business travelers. One detail: I had to leave very early in the morning -before the kitchen opened- and there was a breakfast bag ready for me at the reception. I appreciated it.
