Review 1：Not too many guests, the area is quiet, and the room is simple, all ya need for a nice, reltively cheap stay n south FL. Check out the GIANT mango tree in the back

Review 4：The couple who was running the place. Location close to AP and on the way to our eventual destination. Not a place to stay for a vacation, but OK for in-transit.
Review 5：situated in a run down, iffy neighborhood; the building and room itself was of poor quality - spongy, creaking floors, walls were patched with painted plywood;no room phone - just the raw basics at best with the lowest quality furnishings and decor.

Review 7：We arrived almost midnight, the manager still welcomed us in a very friendly manner. Room is humble, with fridge and microwave oven. Shower head has great water pressure, but the bathroom needs a bit anti slipping Matt as it can very slippery after shower. Good people. I think people need to take into account that this is one of the cheapest deal that we could find on booking. com, for a small hotel business, this is really above average.

During the day, it was an easywalk to 25th St. Where a variety of shopping stores etc. were present.It is less hectic to arrive in West Palm Beach than Ft. Lauderdale. Itwas less than a 10 minute drive to the TriRall station. We went to theFt. Lauderdale Airport to catch the transport to the cruise ship foronly $5 for an hour ride on a clean and quiet train. At Ft. Lauderdale afree shuttle brought you from the train to the airport.
