Review 1：We arrived after the office on the ground floor had closed - this had been notified in advance. The instructions said the key would be at a nearby hotel. The hotel - Select - was actually some distance away and we had only an address no directions. Fortunately we had friends with us with a car otherwise I don't know what we would have done. When we got to the Select the keys were not there and the owner was uncontactable. We had to go out and eat and still when we got back there were no keys. Eventually we were told to go back to the apartment and finally and very late, we got in. Most unsatisfactory and such a shame because everything else was good.

Review 3：No hot water for half of my stay.Damaged furniture, dirty and stinky bathroom, no access key for parking though there was available parking space. No lift.

Review 10：The appartment was not clean. The dishes had not been done by the previous tennant, there were a lot of insects in the appartment and the curtains and bedlinnen were rather dusty.
Review 11：The price is rather good for an appartment in the center of St.Denis. The staff is also helpfull.
