Review 1：The room was nothing special, however it was clean and quite and very peacful as the grounds were lush with tropical vegitation and flowers. Perks included an amazing park across the street and also an old fashion cafe next door that boasts 24hr service and the most yummy food I've ever eaten!!
Review 2：South Florida, it would have been nice to have the AC when I got to my room. Same with fridge. Place was fully booked (couldn't get extra nite I wanted) why no AC on?
Review 3：Comfy bed. Have stayed here a few times before over the years. Convient for my needs. Will stay there again next time I'm in the area. Had a whole group stay once for a local retirement party; not one complaint.
Review 4：The proprietor calling me telling me that my husband is a liar that he smoked in the room. He did not smoke in the room he placed a partially smoked cigarette on the table.

Review 7：I didn't like the check in process. I'm sure they have a reason to treat all incoming guests as potential threats, but not even the most brokedown Motel 6 properties put glass between themselves and their patrons. 2nd floor room was thundering hot and A/C never really worked. I should have talked to mgmt but didn't want to go through the bullet-proof glass to do so. Didn't stay the night.
Review 8：Exterior of property is tropical and lush and an excellent renovation of old motel property.
Review 9：Poor amenities: bathtub drain plugged up, shower head broken, cheap towels, cheap bath amenities, bed had only a sheet and bedspread - no blankets. No WiFi.

Review 11：I had dirty towels when I arrived, there was something (I didn't care to find out what) left in the freezer from prior guests, making me feel as thiugh they didn't thoroughly clean the rooms, and of my three nigts there was only one where the room was cleaned with fresh linens.

Review 20：The motel is close to the airport and the city, is clean and offers basic comfort for a very competitive price. WiFi is quick and stable.
Review 21：The bathroom had mildew around the tub, the overhead light did not work, the room smelled of mildew, the inside of the entry door was dirty, the phone didn't work properly, and the alarm did not work. The front office was behind a plexi glass window which you rang a bell for someone to come. You passed your id etc under the window to the other side. It seemed like extreme safety measures which didn't make me feel too safe.

I had to wash the coffee table so I could sit on something that I knew was clean.The sheets were patterned so one could see if they were dirty and they smelt, the pillows were flat. The staff were dirty and smelt. I wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone!

Review 30：The beds were more comfortable than I was expecting. The shower worked fine. Maid cleaned room during my 2 night stay. No fancy tv, and room is obviously out dated, and door is old but had 2 hatches to lock secure. No other worries. My room was the closest to Harleys restaurant across the parking lot; so you will hear dishes being washed etc past midnight..but overall if you are just looking for a bed and a shower this place fits the bill. I felt safe
Review 31：Office staff was not friendly or very helpful. Hairdryer didn't work and I left a note, but they didn't fix it. When we took showers, the water filled the tub above our ankles. No light fixture in the bathroom, just a plate and wires. Lots of noise during the night with people leaving at 3 or 4 a.m.
Review 32：I did not anything about it. It was noisy. The room smelled of old cigarettes the rooms were damaged and the beds were uncomfortable. The tv had only one working channel and the wifi didnt work. The staff was not helpful at all i qill never come back.

Review 34：Fantastic interior for the room in this price level (and close to super luxurious Palm Beach!). Not as in motel, but as in more expensive lodge - excellent and spacious room with all that we needed inside (the room was on the second floor). We were pleasantly surprised by the presence of a good bath, sinks and furniture. Definitely will stay here next time.

Review 97：It was very comfortable maybe not the ritz but all I wanted was a place to lay my head. For the price it was what I expected. The owners and staff were very nice and helpful. It was peaceful and quiet. It was older but fairly clean If I come back, which I may, I will most likely stay here.
Review 98：Where to begin... This hotel is straight out of 1969 and that would include the fraying curtains, the fraying rose patterned sheets and the bed (made of some cardboard and sawdust compound). In truth I think the beds were actually one box spring on top of another and not actually a mattress. Now the drain in the bathtub barely worked and the drizzle of a shower was almost comical. Again I would venture to guess the fixtures, furniture, and the artwork hasn't been replaced in 20 years. Also the air conditioning unit sits right under the sink so you can't brush your teeth, wash your face or do anything at the sink without the air blowing directly on your mid section the entire time.

The location wasperfect. Room was clean. It had a refrigerator and tv staff wasfriendly. Room was cleaned daily. Will definetly stay there againnext year.
Review 109：The room needed some extra attention, like paint, lock on door didn't work (but deadbolt did), tv cabinet door wouldn't stay open so we had to prop something up there.
