Review 1：The interior room decorations was not good and quite gloomy for my taste.

Review 2：The view is nice from restaurant. The food was quick and very good standards.

Review 3：Could wish for more storage space and nobs to hang clothes. Furnitures a little out of date maybe. Kids choice at dinner very limited and pricy.

Review 4：We travelled with 2 children, got a room on top floor with one big comfy double bed and a good size sofa bed that our kids shared. Fantastic view over St Denis. Big bathroom, separate toilet. Friendly and helpful staff, they helped us book excursions. A lot of parking space if you arrive by car. A Supermarket, Score, close by. Very nice dinners.

Review 5：I booked a Garden View Room. The room wasn't facing a garden but a service road. Staff would by pass directly in front of my window rhat didn't offer a day curtain. You feel a bit exposed. The extra money for a upstair room might be worth it. The showerhead in my room was dangling down. They fixed it after I insisted but the hole thing is just of poor quality. The wifi worked alright but I often encountered security issues and couldn't connect properly.

Review 6：Excellent location above St.Denis: You can overview the hole city and it's quiet. I was travelling with a rental car and the hotel offers free parking. Outstanding restaurant: The breakfast buffet is rich and the a la carte dinner offers delicious meals for fair value. Again, the view over the city from the restaurant is unbeatable.

Review 7：1) The room is a bit outdated. Didn't like the 2 plastic cups in toilet. A proper glass will be good for a hotel like this. 2) The reception helpers, waiters and waitress are very friendly except for the restaurant lady that are in charge of the restaurant. She is very friendly with other guests except us, chinese couple. I thought she was not comfortable talking in English but at least a friendly smile once awhile will be nice. Finally on the departure day at breakfast, I decided to talk to her and only then she started being friendly and smiling. Its a shame because we would have felt a little more welcoming like the other guests.

Review 8：Love the food. I ate at hotel every evening during my 3 nights. Breakfast has less varieties but food was nice. Credit goes to the chef. Love the presentation of all the dishes we had at restaurant. I would go back just for the food.

Review 9：Pool is too cold and not well cleaned (papersmfron cupcakes were still after 5 days in the water. Showe/Bathtub tiles had rusty and moldy spots

Review 11：Lovely big room, magnificent view, great food and wine. We could walk into town, ample convenient parking and best of all very fare rates to keep the room on for our early evening flight.

Review 14：I can't think of a think. But as the hotel is situation out of town one should be aware that an evening on the town involves a taxi back.

Review 15：The personnelle were very kind and efficient, and the facilities were top knotch. What was particularly appreciated was their willingness to hold a bag for two weeks while we hiked across the island, and their storage of our bags on the last day and the possibility of a shower before we boarded our evening flight.

Review 33：Dinner timing for restaurant which is till 9.30 pm only. There being no any restaurant in the close proximity, it would be good if restaurant is kept open least till 10.30 or 11.00 pm.

But while checkout the receptionist keep calling me where I had to leave my shower for every secs which disturb me as the more quick I was doing the more u was getting late due to these call. Many more better not continue as first and last visit may be.

Review 37：1. Everyday in the morning we were disturbed by noise. Either lawns cutting or noise coming from neighbours. Mechanic. My 1 years old baby couldn't sleep properly due to these noise. We came to your hotel to break up our routine. But it unfortunate that we were disappointed with our stay. 2. During our breakfast time we had seated in a 5 place table. Where a lady she seem to be a Chinese or malgache came to tell me that you have taken a table of 5 where you r two.perhaps she couldn't see properly that we were three. The way she approach me I really didn't like it as I was waiting for my husband friend who was staying in the same hotel to join us. That mean total pax 4. And for your kind info we change the table. And to my surprise I saw a couple seating in a four place table where she said nothing to them. Perhaps she has forgotten the service we having wasn't free.

Review 42：The distance between the airport and the hotel. According the site it was only 6.6km, but in real, both up and done it was 14km. The taxi costs between the airport and the hotel were E60,-- in total.

Review 43：The view was amazing. I arrived at 21:00 and had to leave at 09:45. In the morning I looked from the restaurant over the city into the sea. The food was good and after two weeks of Nosy Be it was good to have a proper airco.
