Review 1：The air condition wasn't working in the room but they move me to a new room good with a good air condition

Review 3：The lady at the front desk seemed unfriendly and ridged. The phone in the room did not work and needed to be replaced. The bathroom fan was noisy. The airport shuttle didn't start early enough to take us to the airport at 5:15 and the breakfast also wasn't until 6 am so neither was available to us.

Review 8：This is a nice hotel. The only thing I can say is replace the carpet with tile. My grandson was crawling on the floor and his feet and knees were black. The floors needed to be cleaned. Otherwise the hotel is very nice.

Review 11：It was very dirty, our commode wouldn't flush and although we called the desk several times no one would come fix it. The carpet was stained as well as the sheets on the bed and we found roaches inside the room. They would only give us 1 bath towel to share between two people and when we asked for more they refused. It was a very dirty and very unpleasant stay!

Review 13：Room and bathroom were dirty. The tub in the shower did not drain. Sheets on the bed were dirty. No bed linens for the sofabed. Had to walk to front desk to get linens for sofabed and a remote for tv. Front desk clerk told us there were none available. After explaining that I would not sleep on a bare mattress, which was had several dirty spots, she went to the back and brought me some sheets, no blanket or pillow.

Review 18：I booked the hotel for the reasonable price. Although we weren't aware that for many locals, its a hot spot for illegal transactions. It was too soon to judge the comfort until the following day. On the 3rd floor, a day after checking in - their was a body that was discovered, thankfully we were on the ground floor. The following day, their was an incident involving CPU. Throughout the days we were there, it felt uncomfortable! Every night there was music that was just too loud, and the staff were too rude most of the time.

Review 19：The room looked NOTHING like the pictures online and it had a weird odor. There was no table in the room and only one chair, no ice bucket, no wash cloths. Definitely priced too high for what we received.

Review 32：I was charged a 200$ cash deposit for a room that wasn't fit for apet my second night there the hotel was raided by police because come tofind out it is a haven for drug sales the pullout sofa bed looked likeit barely survived a fire I have nothing good to say about the stay innexcept stay away!!

Review 37：You could tell that the place was old. The bathroom was very dirty, and there was mold on the walls of the bathrooms, and the tube was clogged. All of the locks on the rooms doors were broken off like someone kicked in the doors. In the morning the maids walked in the room numerous times. The final straw was to have a complete stranger open the door to our room because they thought it was their room, so obviously the locks that were there didn't work. The whole experience was extremely ridiculous. It almost seemed like a joke, but it wasn't because we had to pay for the experience. It had the feel of a roadside motel. We will never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever stay there again.

Review 39：The front desk personnel was excellent both check in and morning. The entrance to the hotel is very good,clean, well designed and better than many. The breakfast was simply very good with juice, cereal, toast, bagels, and DIY waffles. The breakfast lady kept everything topped up and was very helpful to many people. The breakfast was beyond what you would expect for this price. The rooms are good, clean and roomy. The only thing is that some of the walkways could do with a new coat of paint but still not that bad.

Review 40：The front desk was rude. I had additional charges on my bill and when I asked why she proceeded to tell me that she explained this once already argued with me and was rude and unprofessional. My husband who avoids confrontation at all cost was even ready to stand up to her because she hasn't explained anything when we checked in.

Common areas had trash laying about. Keyboard in business center dirty and in poor repair. Tables in dining area not cleaned. Staff standoffish if not outright surly. Scarcely a single smile among them! Even with the modest discount, not worth the price!!!!

Never in all my yrs. of traveling did we have this happen!!!! No cups or stirrers with the coffee things. Not good! Had to go to the office to get my own cups in my pjs before I went to sleep. There were was rough atmosphere of patrons loitering around the parking lot and outside of their rooms in the evening. No real trouble that I noticed, but a lot of smoking and drinking in the outside public areas of the property. Ther is only outside access to the rooms so you have to pass thru all of that to get to your rooms. Not a place for the wife and kids or any man or woman traveling alone that lacks self confidence.

When I changed my room , it was worse then 1st one in the hotel .It was a nightmare. I travel often because of my job from east coast to west coast and this was one of my worst place I ever stayed in.
