Review 1：The staff doesn't speak English at all. All the facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) are very poor and need restauration. At check out, cost of the room resulted higher than the one fixed on booking, even if the exchange currency was more convenient.

Review 3：I didn't like how expensive the food was in comparison to how much food it came on the plate. My suggestion is making more "gourmet" sandwiches in order to charge so much, or just charge less for sandwiches. There was no internet in the rooms, just at the reception. Cell phones don't work either.
Review 4：Loved the place, the beach, the room, the staff. Lovely place, I will go back there for sure. It was great that the place had a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner too. The coffee was excellent, very strong.
Review 5：It would be helpful to have someone who speaks English in the staff. It's a bit faraway from Angra, it's 40R$ (14€) every time with the taxi and as the drivers don't speak English is better to print a map or have access to internet on your phone (or at least write down name and address in a peace of paper).
Review 6：Pousada da Figueira is a perfect place if you want to relax and enjoy the sun and beach in Brazil. You have a really clean,beautifully designed and really spacious flat with all you need. The staff is always nice and we got a lot of help, even if they don't speak english (or any other language other than Portuguese for the matter). The facilities are good with sauna, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The semi-private beach is beautiful and you can easily get to Ilha Grande. Totally recommended!

Review 8：the staff are very nice but unfortunately they don't speak english. we didn't used the sauna and the pool, but the pousada offered free beach chair and a small plastic boat (forgot the name) The breakfast is nice. Room was clean.

Review 14：I think a coffee pot in the rooms would be great. We had a room with balcony overlooking the beach and it would've been wonderful to enjoy a cup of fresh coffee on the balcony without leaving our room. Also, the shower needs more pressure and hotter water.
