Review 1：I booked 5 nights at this hotel in July for me and my 5 years old son. It was absolutely impossible to sleep at night because of the music playing at the hotel's restaurant. In the first night I went downstairs at 2 in the morning to asked them how much longer will the music play. I was so tired and distressed and asked to speak with the manager. He was very upset when I asked him to turn down the music because it was so loud the bed frame was vibrating under us and our room was actually on the 3rd floor. He screamed at me and told me to come in the morning, take my money back and leave his hotel. Next morning we left the hotel in a weekend where everything around was booked because of the Holiday however we manage in the end to find something suitable. I would never go back there nor would I recommend this hotel to any of my friends
Review 2：-you could hear the neighbours very loudly -no shower gel in the shower gel dispenser -music from the beach could be heard in the room, all doors and windows closed until about 2 in the morning -the breakfast is coupon based (30 lei for 2 persons) -very bad taste in furnishings -the furniture was not in the best shape -rude receptionist who was rarely at the reception -bad lighting in the room (cold neon) -parking is on the street which is currently under construction (lots of potholes)

Review 4：I did not like the noise that was comming from the beach untill late at night and the smell from the kitchen at lunchtime (the kitchen was on the ground floor and it kept the door opend).
Review 5：The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and big, with a double bed and a sofa, lovely view of the beach and the lake Belona, good restaurant with lots of delicious sweets.

Review 13：The location is just awesome, right in front of the Lake Belona and with a great view to the Black Sea. We liked that we were able to see the sunrise from the balcony. The suite was very comfortable with a large balcony to the bedroom and another smaller one to the living room. The villa is only a few minutes walk from the beach. The well decorated rooms and all the areas in the villa was very clean. Villa´s restaurant offers a truly good food with a large selection to meet anyone's appetite, for fairly price. This villa - hotel offers wonderful service and its staff is so helpful and friendly. We stayed in the suite for 4 nights and we really had a good time. It was also very nice that they've allowed us to check-in at 1pm and to check out at 4pm which meant that we've got a half day at the beach in the first day and another half day in the day we've left. Surely we recommend this villa ! Thank you for a pleasant stay!
Review 14：I did not like how noisy it was there we went in July and every night there was loud music from all sides and it was near impossible to sleep with one small child and a teenager also the Studio Apartment the toilet seat was broken the T.V in the bedroom did not work and it was very cheaply furnished. Also the beach was crowded
Review 15：What I liked was the fact that the hotel was so close to the beach the rooms were kept very clean and tidy the food was good and the room overall was good
Review 16：It says that breakfast is included but unfortunately for this you receive coupons on arrival which are not enough to buy even an omelet/day. Taking into consideration the price of the room and the fact that it is a 3* hotel I would consider this aspect to be a poor value for money. Except this, everything was excellent.

The reception lady was very helpful and friendly . We would go back in a minute if time would allow us and we recommend it even to well traveled people.
