Review 1：On the 8th September morning there was no water in the bathrooms in the entire hotel because of water supply problem in that entire surrounding area. However, no body helped even with a bottle of water for even mouthwash. And this little bit of English speaking receptionist's behaviour, tone and expressions were rude and offensive.

Review 21：Central location in city, close to all amenities. If travelling by long distance train, the hotel is a short taxi ride from Perm 2 station. Helpful, professional staff with good English.
Review 22：С виду нормальный, а как копнешь - совковый. С букингом "в ручную" синхронизируют остатки. Чуть было не поехали на вокзал. Видетели совсем недавно забронировали.

Review 24：You have to pay to use the fitness! And pay big for the sauna or pool.Absurd. Ok Wifi. Signal everywhere, but not for downloading a film oruploading lots of photos. Expensive restaurant considering the manycheap places all around the hotel, inckuding McDonald's across thestreet. You can only reach the biggest conference room by climbing lotsof stairs! Impossible for handicapped people.

Large enough flatscreen for the small Business Single I couldopen the window at top or wide. 3 fast elevators. Beautiful, modern bigtheater style conference room.
