Review 1：Everything else was poor.First of all the elevators are simply not big enough for how many people were staying there and it took too much time waiting for them. Staff is not responsive and unprepared. I tried to reach them several times after booking but nothing. Called booking they tried to reach them but still nothing. Googled other of their phones and still.. nothing. The room that we received was dirty, wasn't clean and it looked like somebody just left from there. After few unpleasent talks and lost time, they gave me another one. Have to stay in line for food. That's simply absurd. If you can't accomodate that many people then DON'T. It's common sense.

Review 2：What I liked the most was the perfect view from our room.

Review 3：You have to make it clear that this all-inclusive is aimed at families with young children. It is mostly Romanians staying. It is on the edge of the resort.

Review 4：It is near the sea. The staff were pleasant, but are not expecting Brits to appear.

Review 5：It was an odor of mold. I had to pay everything if the room is not all inclusive. The room is small and not so clean, I do not recommend all inclusive.

Review 7：We requested queen-sized beds for both rooms and got twins in one. I then kindly asked at the reception for a room change, but the girl impolitely told me there weren't any - without even bothering to check. We go there about 3 times/season, so it would be nice to be treated better. There is no access to the pool, if you're not paying for all inclusive. You also cannot buy just the breakfast, for example. They wifi router on the floor-lobby was plugged in, but without an internet cable... So of course, there was no wifi internet access.

Review 8：The hotel has been newly renovated, so everything was in good condition. Generally speaking, the staff is nice.

Review 9：- a bit more expensive than before the Summer season, (although still out of season) - the complimentary pool access and bikes were no longer available for guests - room smelled like cigarette smoke, although the whole hotel is non smoking - perhaps from the bathroom or the AC - the staff was less friendly, perhaps tired after the long season - WiFi only worked properly around the reception area - breakfast hours were shorter

Review 10：- the rooms were as nice as I remembered them from our June trip - the food at the Brasserie was still really yummy - great location, not too close to the center noise - breakfast was also ok, varied, but not extraordinary

Review 11：The shower from our bathroom was leaking, and was smelling very bad; but this is not everywhere I think. Sometimes we needed to wait a lot for the elevators; and we weren't in peak period. The seats at the pool are not enough for all the people. And many people wake up early (6 am to breathe the sea air), and they pre occupy the seats (by putting towels). So if you arrive at around 8 - 8:30 am, there are very few seats to chose from. Bottom line: we stayed directly on the beach, with a towel and a rented umbrella.

Review 12：Close to the sea. Nice view. The room was nice and clean, although not very big. The meals were OK (4 courses to chose from at lunch/dinner with the all inclusive package). Polite staff. I think that the best part are the playgrounds for children. There are many, and well equipped: 3 indoor + 1 outdoor + 1 inflatable castle/slide. Our daughter was delighted.

Review 13：Smell in the the bathroom. Had to leave lights turned on for the ventilation to work continuously , then it was ok.

Review 28：Very close to the beach and a beautiful view of the sea (although in front of the hotel there is only a tiny strip of sand, you can walk 15 min to get a better place). Rooms are not big, but large enough and furniture was modern style. It was clean and sanitary installations worked well. Buffet breakfast (included) was good. Parking available next to the hotel. The airco was also fine. Pleasantly impressed, in general!

Review 29：too difficult to move btw.ground floor and upper floors during busy hours due to very small capacity of elevators:( the restaurant is dirty and we had sickness and diahoreea because of the sick staff -they don't wash their hands:(

Review 31：The breakfast was quite poor for the price charged. We also tried dinner one evening at the hotel restaurant and lunch at the brasserie in front of the hotel. They were both really dissapointing, the food was not fresh, the mashed potatoes were sour and the lemonade musty. The pool walls and the pavement were dirty.

Review 33：No wireless in the room, and the food at the restaurant (if you choose to eat lunch or dinner) is pretty simple and expensive(the same stuff you find at the push-the-tray places, but more expensive). Also, waitresses can't remember the order?!?!?

Review 37：As i mention in what i like staff was nice and polite in the hotel which i can`t say about the pool bar. The pool (if that is a pool) had water from the sea with no chemical treatment. I don`t know why they call that pool as is not even closer to that. On the pool or beach even if is a resort "pool" you have to play for the sunbed and umbrella and i don`t think that is normal. There is not enough parking spots so i had to park on the street. I had issues paying with my Maestro card 3 times so i had to pay cash. If you are going there and you are a foreigner please take cash with you cause most probably you will not be able to pay by card. The beach is small and crowded because was used not only for the hotel people.

Review 38：The hotel is clean and the staff is nice in the hotel. Room was clean and we had a small refrigerator in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was various and the restaurant had a nice fresh food and as it was the complex restaurant the food was also cheap. Recommend for anyone to use it. The beach bar i recommend to use it with all trust.

Review 39：The elevators take too long, especially in the mornings, when you can find yourself waiting for 10 minutes at a time just to be able to use one. We asked for a double room, and we received a twin-bed with no possibility to change.

Review 40：The hotel offers all-you-can eat breakfast, which you can serve on a very nice terrace. Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. Adequate parking facilities. Free bicycles for hotel guests. Not very far from the beach. Rooms recently renovated, thus quite modern.

Review 41：No balcony. The breakfast was the same everyday. Coffee was really bad and the juice is purely chemical. But you have the option across the street with sea view to have nice espresso. The beach is small and overcrowded, narrow stairs leading from the hotel, not suitable if you have small kids and lots of stuff to carry. Expensive sunbeds on the beach.

Review 42：Hotel was nice surprise versus the surroundings. We got our room earlier as we came with the baby, which was really nice from the staff. The room and entire hotel were clean, newly renovated. Daily cleaning and fresh amenities.

Review 51：The photos were not accurate, the minibar in the room was empty, the pool far from hotel, the smoking information was false (it's a just nonsmokers hotel), the beach is close in straight line but you must descent/climb many stairs to reach it (not advisable for people with limited mobility - like my mother in law), the breakfast was just basic with poor quality food (eggs, salami, jam from jars, coffee, tea, some greenish tomatoes, some cheap and unhealthy cereals, sausages, olives...). The personnel were unevenly kind and professional. The rooms above 10th floor have sea view (so the information that the rooms have sea view is false), and when I asked a room placed higher the receptionist told me that all rooms above 7th floor are not ready and they are closed (next morning I saw people coming down from 8th, 9th, or 11th floor - so they lied to me). The room was for my mother in law and for her sister in law, but they refused to stay at this hotel due to access to the beach, so I stayed there with my wife in order to not lose money, and that after I drove another 500KM to go back to Bucharest and to return to Eforie (to arrange for the time off from my job). The conclusion, was a lost of money due to poor and inaccurate hotel description, and when I asked the money back because that the receptionist told me that is the policy of booking.com to not refund the money on that reason (was a medical reason not another reason).
