Review 1：Seems to be on the outskirt of St Denis with no facilities nearby. Kitchenette badly furnished. Few utensils available were dirty. No window opening in the main bedroom.

Review 3：It says telephone in room- there was none Hairdryer was not functioning Dusty under the bed Water spilled out from shower cabin each time a bath was taken Every day same food given for breakfast and after 3 days you are fed up. Needs more variety One day, maid forgot to take back plates with spoon which we used for dinner on eve and on same day one bath towel was missing The day after when we asked to get one additional towel, we were told 'to do with what we had' One day we couldn't use the pool as it was out of service

Review 5：Location wrong side of town...felt unsafe and the hotel did not look like pictures. The reception, lift, corridors and pool area were all grubby with stained sheets on the beds. The corridors were dark and only lit up when you moved through them...creepy. Not close to range of shops or restaurants.

Review 11：The location was awful. It is not safe to walk and there are not facilities like restaurants in the area. It is rife with prostitution and gangs walk the street. I was not warned by the receptionist that is was no safe to walk in the streets.

Review 15：Arrived late at night after almost 24 hours air travel . There was no hot water for a shower. By morning hot water was available. Hard to find hotel as no sign visible at front.
Review 16：The hotel has an overall shabby feel, even though it must have been renovated recently. Do not venture to use the underground parking - ongoing works and a terribly steep entry/exit.
Review 17：Reception was efficient, helpful and polite. Even though they gave us no warning about the state of the underground garage, which is terrible. Water pressure is good, wi-fi works well. Bed is ok, bed linen was clean. Not a pleasant experience but a cheap way to spend a night in St Denis (we only stayed for an afternoon to use the bathroom).
