Review 1：The bed was wet and not clean. My mom and I got several pimples the next day. Facilities are like antique. The man in the front desk looked on my ID for 3 minutes and gave me two keys that don't work. Very disappointed.

Review 2：Imagine. You booking this hotel for couple nights. In your booking you write them, that your family will arrive after midnight 28th of december. Flying 2 days from another side of planet. Everything is ok, in the last night of your standing there, manager is calling to your number at 10:00 p.m. Your child is sleeping already and they took a deposit "in case you're smoking or have pets in number" :). So, manager tells that previous team on reception mistaked. You have to pay 176 dollars extra for early coming. 176 dollars(!!!) for half night in 2 stars hotel with old furniture and bathroom stuff. So, I do not advise to make experiments with your holidays in this hotel. P.S. our trip will continue... Best Western hotels in other cities are much better! Unbeliviable difference. Happy New year to everyone!

Review 4：Room seemed clean but A/C not well working and a bit louder.Vending machines empty, so during the night was a problem to find something to drink. Breakfast not so good and not much space to eat i had to wait to seat. Nothing better than a motel6 but twice priced. Staff not really friendly

Review 24：We asked for a nice view and even though is not guaranteed the hotel was not sold out. They could've accommodate us. We got a view to the parking lot instead. Wifi did not work, shower curtain rod was a ball of rust. We had a couple opening our door with a key assigned to them. The front desk gave our room to another couple as well as us. It was a scary moment since me and my wife were getting ready to go out, this was about 3:30 PM. At our return around 10:30 PM none of my keys worked, so i had to leave my wife in the dark to go to the front desk to get new keys. At the end of all they gave us a $25.00 discount. In my opinion the should've give us a full refund.

Review 26：We arrived at 11:00pm after driving 10 hours very tired. We had our dog with us. They are a pet friendly hotel and the accommodations were excellent.

Review 27：Unfortunately, they didnt come to clean our room after us being there for 1 night nor did we get any new towels. We didnt have the "Private" sign listed and we followed the instruction to leave the towels on the floor if we needed them changed. That was the only downfall.

Review 28：It was close to the areas we wanted to stay and was near plenty of shopping and restaurants. In general the hotel itself was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. I loved the huge chess board and the cleanliness of the pool.
