Review 1：Shower cabin doors don't shut entirely, the floor gets very wet. Street noise can be heard.

Review 2：Lovely staff, dog and cat lovers, empathy for the strays around the hotel. Willing to do extra things like photo copies, for free even if we offered to pay. The hair dryer was perfect. Breakfast was really nice. Dinner was very good price/quality. Live music was not to our taste, but hey - they tried their best.

Review 3：The rooms are outdated .Our bathroom was really damaged -shower door was broken and water was coming off the cabin.Disapointing for a 4 stars hotel.

Review 5：One member of staff at the spa let all the other lovely staff down. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, think it began with L. She was rude and confrontational and, I believe, was in the wrong trade altogether with customer service skills like that. Her colleagues seemed embarrassed and made up for her by being totally lovely, helpful and warm.

Review 6：The kids loved the pool, we all loved the food. We really appreciated a particular waitress called Carmen who was very professional and so helpful.

Review 7：Staff and facilities in the hotel were terrible. Reception gave us no information, even were our room was until we asked.I walked into a low table in the corridor because the lighting didn't work, the shower flooded the bathroom. Safe was already locked in room and staff wouldn't come and open it. Restaurant served cold food (buffet), staff were difficult to get the attention of.

Review 8：Spa area and staff were excellent. The only thing that I think saves this hotel.

Review 9：During the cold season, the heating devices might not work properly in all rooms. In the spa, the dry sauna needed some fixtures as the broken bench might be a perril. Also, not all the showers were functioning.

Review 10：The Spa is well organized, although it could have an added service of cosmetics (hair salon, nails, etc); the pool is great.

Review 11：Sorry but I cant say I enjoyed here. Very communist hotel. With bad rooms, noisy restaurant and poor breakfast. I think they are just using a lot of photoshop in the pictures.

Review 15：poor speed WI-FI (much under the medium speed of Romania) even if the hotel claims to be a SPA hotel the access to the pool is payed and the children have access only one and a half hour the breakfast was poor, the prices of the restaurant are too high for the food served.

Review 23：- Not 4* at all , somewhere between 2* to 3*. - Empty mini bar. - Small rooms (kind of 22sq m) with cheap furniture. - Small beds with some extra mattress smaller than original one, unstable - Air conditioner not working ( i have to stay with 26,5 C degrees in the room and if you open the window to cool down then you will get mosquitoes) - No transparent curtains. - Cheap breakfast. - No wifi coverage in my room - Old CRT television unit in the room - Classical seaside old school conditions , photos look better than reality
