Review 1：front desk staff and store workers were not friendly or helpful- it was early in the season- so we assumed it had to do with them being new. But it was a complete turn off.

Review 2：Great location and facilities. Bell boys and spa staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 3：There was nobody at the front desk of our hotel. Had to go to the front desk of the other hotel, check in there, and then walk back to ours. There was an extension given to call, but the phone to call from was on the outside wall when checking in.

Review 4：To begin we could not find our hotel, we found the resort but the hotel was hard to find, very poor signs. Once we finally found it there was no one to check us in. We stood there for 15 minutes completely stressed, an employee finally arrived. Letting us know we have to walk over to another hotel and check in there. The distance between the parking lot and the hotel is about 700 feet, you cannot drive up to the hotel because it is on a side walk. You will be doing a lot of walking from your hotel to your car. The bed is a wall bed, it feels like you are sleeping on plywood, don't expect to get a good night sleep. The breakfast was poor, the eggs were cold, pancakes were dry. We were here to see Yellowstone. It took us an hour and 20 minutes to get back and forth from this hotel to the west gate of Yellowstone. We are very disappointed with our stay at Village Center. We wanted to leave and stay at another hotel but due to hotel policies we were forced to stay because they would not refund our 3 night stay that was booked ahead of time.

Review 7：The view of Lone Peak was amazing from the back side of the building and the pool area. The breakfast buffet every morning was phenomenal. The decor was a very nice touch and the bathroom was the icing on the cake.

Review 8：Not a great place to stay in summer. Far away from town of Big Sky so you have to drive 15 minutes to find some charm. Overpriced for summer. Crowded with conferences.

Review 10：Staff are an absolute joke, incompetent at best. Room service, even cleaning, appears to be an alien concept to them. Several incorrect charges were also taken from my card (despite being assured they wouldn't be). Had to phone when home and jump through hoops to eventually get a refund. For this price I expected more.

Review 19：The bed in the hotel was the worst I had ever slept on! I did not sleep for more then a couple hours each night. It truly caused by back to hurt for several days after. I am not one to complain si did not mention to front desk, but it was awful. I actually tried to sleep on the couch the second night but it was to small. This kinda made for a sub par time which kinda bummed me out as this was me and my wives honeymoon get away!

Review 20：Location, staff and over all hotel room was nice. The pool area was clean and had a nice relaxing setting. The breakfast that was included from the Huntley Lodge was fantastic!

Review 23：Village Center lodging: dirty. Hallway had lint balls and reminded me ofRed Roof Inn. I really don't think they vacuum the hallways. Studioroom lighting very poor. When Murphy bed pulled out there was no bedsidelighting. The hot tub jets did not work at Village Center or at theHuntley and the water was "grungy" with all kinds of littlefloaters. Yuck!
