Review 1：My room wasn't clean when I got there, but once I alerted them I was upgraded to a bigger and better room immediately. It was a very comfortable bed, spacious room and pleasant, helpful staff.

Review 10：The staff was very helpful but was available only during the morning. Noone was present in the reception after 15:00 -16:00. You also had to ask them for additional soap and shampoo when the first run out.

Review 12：On our arrival Sofia greeted us and checked us in. From the beginning we felt very welcomed and Sofia was very friendly, and was happy to chat with us, she even asked when we would like breakfast (if we needed it early or not). The room itself was cosy and the beds were comfortable, the only downside was it was 2 single beds pushed together but this didn't really bother us. Sofia even let us use the laundry facilities free of charge which we appreciated greatly. All in all the stay at hotell esplanad was great, a family run business and friendly staff. If we were ever back in vaxjo we would definitely stay here, and would recommend this hotel to our family and friends. Thankyou Anna and Sofia, for making our time away feel like a home away from home.
Review 13：Make sure the room has an ordinary window not the velux coz I don't like it. Also, you get disconnected from Internet if you are not using your phone and you need to write the password over and over again. These things are not very important and it's not affecting your stay that much but these are the only things that I did not like!
Review 14：I've been there before in a single room without bathroom. This time I booked the single room with bathroom. Both rooms are good, the hotel is cozy and that's why I came back again. The breakfast room is very nice and you can enjoy coffe/tea and biscuits all the time. The owner is very nice and she made the breakfast at 6:30 instead of 7:00 when she knew that I am checking out at 7:00. In addition the location is perfect 5 min to the train station. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Review 17：Was lacking a bit in customer service and small 'things' that just make your stay more comfortable. For example, access to an iron, shoe cleaning stuff, better bathroom toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Details really but these count!
