Review 12：Is not a 4 stars hotel, maximum 2 stars. The room was not cleaned during our stay there. Dirty wather in the pool. They don't change the water during the summer. Very poor breakfast. We cannot eat there. We chose to go at a restaurant outside the complex for breakfast. Very poor services (reception, cleaning etc.). Don't waste your time and money on this hotel. Go at a hotel with good reviews if you want a beautiful holiday.

Review 13：Nothing. Accommodation there was a nightmare.

Review 14：The water in the pool is very dirty, they did not changed it in 2 weekssince we were here; both kids got problems form swallowing water formthe pool; the pool surroundings are full of remaining of cigarets andother leftovers. We reported a dirty toilet on the pool side and it wasnot cleaned for a whole day. Everyone from outside the complex hasaccess to the pool, including the employes in their working time, whichmakes the pool very crowded. There si a lot of noise at night. Fridaynight at 1 am the music is still booming outside ans you can not sleep.I would not recommend it for families with small kids. The breakfast isa joke; we had breakfast included but you have to wait for an hour for2-3 pieces of transparent cheese and half a tomato... They do not servea buffet unless it's Sunday. Although the staff is polite and nice I donot think I will come back here with the kids at least.
