Review 1：The walls are very thin. Every morning I was woke up extremely early after a long late night at the hospital by a horde of screaming, jumping, and running children and their screaming parents. The rooms are quite dated, perhaps during remodeling they can add something to reduce noise between rooms.

Review 3：Bathroom was outdated had build up on the shower. The tv was positioned where could be seen only from the beds not viewable from working stations. Small tv compared to most hotels. Daily breakfast was fair

Review 5：When we checked in the woman at the desk was less than welcoming and enthusiastic. I contrast this with an earlier stay at another motel in another city where the property was not at nice, but which had a really cheerful and upbeat staff, both at check-in and in the morning. A smile and a helpful word DOES make a difference.

Review 18：silly, but would have liked whole milk or 1/2-1/2 for cereal .. there was only 2% ... also was disappointed that trying to find you on line to get a telly number i was inadvertantly directed to a travel site so couldn't use our military discount or any other for that matter. would prefer an explanation of 'handicap' 'cuz i needed a walk in shower, but didn't get that ... tried to reach the front desk from our phone; but couldn't get through...

Review 20：I requested a quiet room in advance and the staff obliged. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facility also has an indoor pool and hot tub, and exercise room. The WiFi is robust and excellent.
Review 21：Our king suite bed was like sleeping on the tile in the lobby. We travel a lot and have never had a bed like this. Our third night there we pulled the hideaway couch bed out and slept on that it was better than the regular bed. When I told the clerks the next morning on checkout they said they were in the process of switching mattresses out. I told them move that room to the top of the list.

Review 25：The free WiFi was slower than dial-up. Videos kept buffering and the signal was never more than 2 or 3 bars. Breakfast choices were minimal and the boiled eggs were cold. Mini muffins were wrapped up tight to the plate it making it difficult to open them without spilling them.

Review 47：The staff were friendly and its a good location. The rooms are big and roomy. I also liked the mini fridge so we could bring waters and Gatorade in to freeze and keep it cold for the cooler.
Review 48：There were only two complaints, which are so minor I feel guiltybringing them up. The receptionist was so interested in keeping ushappy, she kept some poor guy on the phone wait for 3 to 4 minutes. Myother complaint is the waffle maker didn't have a timer. You had towait for the beep. After what seemed like 4 minutes, I was afraid mywaffle was going to burn up. But sure enough, the waffle maker finallybeeped and my waffle was perfect.

We were able to get a pass through room for our group of 2 adults and 7 kids. The pool was open 24 hours. The rooms are quite large. We will definitely stay here again!!

Review 74：We enjoy the spacious size of the rooms, so that we can have a place to spend time with our teenage Grandchildren when we are in town. Also its so easy to get to the elevator with our dachshunds. Housekeeping is so friendly and always willing to get extra towels or coffee for the room when we needed it. We have stayed at the Shilo before and will do so again. And would reccomend it to others travelers as well.

Review 80：The staff was rude. The pool was dirty and had a loose light that cut my nephews foot. The staffs response was "Ya. We know." They overcharged me for my room and I had to call twice to get the charges refunded. The heater didn't work properly and the bathroom had hair on the floor. Horrible place.

We knew 5 other famines stayin in the hotel and they all said the same. At one time this was probably the nicest hotel in town. With all the new hotels built, they need to fix it or lower the prices dramatically.

Review 96：Threadbare linens (small hole worn through on hide-a-bed blanket). TVs (one for each room section) were very old and very small... and flipping the limited selection of channels, were SHOCKED to see the Playboy channel! Shouldn't that be pay-per-view? A shelf or something in the bathroom on which to set your clean clothes would be nice. When staying with the family, ya don't want to come out of the bathroom in your birthday suit, in full view of everyone in the room. A little confusion - at the price we paid, breakfast supposedly wasn't included. But when we checked in, someone told hubby about breakfast times. So, we just skipped it, thinking that was probably in error.
Review 97：Easy to find. Very friendly staff. Older hotel, but some of it has been updated. Stayed very comfy temperature in our room, in spite of thin blanket (I like the weight of a thick blanket). Kitchenette-ish area is cool, but we didn't stay long enough to use it.

Later when I made an inquiry at the desk specifically to the other desk clerk, the first clerk rudely interrupted with a negative comment. I do not think the hospitality industry is a good fit for this clerk.

Review 101：The pool and hot tub need to be repaired. The signage for what buttons are for the sauna, spa...etc need to be clearer. The pictures for our room show that there is a jetted tub but there wasn't, so you should fix that because it is misleading.
