Review 1：I paid for the accommodation when I arrived and they are still blocking my money on my account several days after we left, so I cannot use my own money now. Outrageous!
Review 2：The room was fairly clean even though it had an unpleasant odor, but for one night it is ok, breakfast was ok.

Review 5：Requested a double bed in booking.com but never got it as staff said there were non available (what about our booking?). Staff barely speak any English, most guests are Thai. End up paying for water bottles because we didn't use the complementary ones (again the language barrier). Overall staff are nice as all over Thailand with the exception of the front desk, uninterested and borderline rude.
Review 6：Great location in the centre of Chumphon. Check in time is like 5 am which is great if arriving from Bkk by overnight bus like we did, it just would be great if you know in advance so you don't stress about it. (Now you know)

Review 10：convenient location, tucked away in a lane, so there was no street noise coming through. Big room, working wifi. And the buffet breakfast (included in room rate) really is a good deal! Free drinking water in room. Everything else (towels,soap etc.) is provided as well!

Review 14：There are so many wifis covered all areas with different routers. Staffs are really nice and helpful. The location is quite ok. You can walk to find yummy local foods.
