Review 1：- in some occasions better cleaning in the room and when requested, the change of bed - restaurant was a bit pricey - better attitude towards the customer Not in the responsibility of the hotel but the cleanness of the beach (and the way to) could be mitigated with the authorities. I propose fines of 1000 USD for littering

Review 2：Booked this hotel as a recommendation from an acquaintance to relax for a week. We tried calling first on a weekend to book for a SPA package but the receptionist was totally useless. Good thing we booked through Booking.com the last room. The hotel is easy to find and a couple of minutes to the beach. Room was big with seaside view at a high floor and was clean. I feel it could have been better considering a 4 star hotel. The staff from the SPA and some of the waiters were very nice. The restaurant has a set of very good dishes (but a little expensive) and the breakfast is very lavish (lots to choose from and very good). A very nice touch is the private garden with pool that feels like an oasis. The highlight of the stay was the SPA program that was custom made. The facilities are very clean and the staff amazing. Access to sauna, fitness, inside pool with salty water, different type of massages, baths, ... provided excellent relaxation. Going to the beach you can get a towel from the hotel and a on the beach a free mattress and a chair with umbrella. Would have loved a little more customer oriented attitude. All in all a nice hotel at the seaside worth a visit especially combined with SPA.

Review 3：Air conditionning fixed at 23 degrees- at 11th floor it was a little warm in the afternoon.

Review 4：We had an apartment at 11th floor. Very nice view. Staff friendly, good meals, very clean. We enjoyed evenings on the terrace with music programme. Free towels and chairs at the beach.

Review 5：Very high rate/room! The wi-fi did not function from the room. It was too hot in the room (outside were only 26-27 degrees!) The AC is not working good and you cannot change the temperature in the room. It was stopped at night! The water in the outside pool was very cold, and the inside pool is small with salted water and you cannot swim in it. Very high prices at the restaurant (27 lei a beer, 27 lei a juice!) The surroundings are dirty, noisy and crowded. the beach, even a small part is reserved for the hotel, is very crowded because everybody can come there with or without a tax. When we came back on a Saturday night (we were already guests) there was a wedding at the hotel and we didn't have a place to park our car!!

Review 6：If you want the hotel for the Ana Aslan spa go for it, but not for the beach. The hotel is nice, the king suite very big with very nice view. Very good breakfast. Nice garden, mini golf and children playground. Good spa, I enjoyed very much the Thali massage, but book it in advance!

Review 11：Non-switchable AC! Missing shoes and robe. "Morning fight" for a good position on the beach. Beach boys rudeness to inform you that after check-out you have to leave the beach (I assume they expect to pay for the rest of the day)... Terrible noise in the room until late at night due to the proximity of an entertainment park recently opened. Small room considering the tariff.

Review 12：Kindness of personnel (except on the beach) and promptitude, generous breakfast, great terrace, child friendly, nicely arranged garden, good swimming pool (including for little kids), GREAT VIEW of the se, garden and pool (and even Techirghiol Lake across the road) from ALL THE ROOMS of the hotel. Review 13：Problems with A/C is not normal at level a 4 * hotel , it's necessary to sleep with open balcony door. But when is very hot what can do ? And of course problems around hotel with clean . But I think who' s going to Eforie know that and is prepare for this....

Review 36：Inability to control AC from your room. This needs to be corrected…e.g. install individual AC units in the rooms. If overhauling the whole hotel is too expensive, at least install AC in some of the rooms and charge a bit extra for this.

Review 37：The walk to the beach from the hotel. The huge back garden is very nice to have….very relaxing, a huge plus!!! Front desk staff was responsive and caring. The food and buffet selection is sufficient to meet any international standards. Whoever is complaining is ignorant that at most hotels worldwide you get a fairly low selection of mostly cheap or unhealthy foods (Eg. at most US hotels breakfast consists of egg substitute, gravy with biscuits, bacon and sausage, milk and cereal, etc). Hotel is easy to see from almost everywhere due to being very tall. Overall, I had a great stay and will return again!!!

Review 38：The WiFi is very slow. The architectural refurbishment of the hotel has destroyed most of the original details of the 1960s construction, and has made this place very bland. Great shame! The worst thing is that the outside pool and the inside pool don't communicate. You can't use both in the same session without dressing up, leaving one, walking 4 minutes, and entering the other. This is despite the two being 10 metres apart and separated by large glass doors which are kept closed. WHY?

Review 41：I liked pretty much everything except for minor aspects. Rich breakfast, good cook, kind staff, great view as all rooms have sea view, comfortable hammock, great spa.

Review 42：No air conditioning!!! A centralized ventilation system which they call centralized AC is set to 23-24deg. The thermostat in the room has underneath an instruction from the hotel which says that the temperature may only be modified in the +-2deg range. In reality it felt like nothing changed when set to minimum. If you can sleep with 23-24deg is ok but if you need a lower temperature that would be a problem, for us it was a big issue. The hotel staff reply was that that temperature is the same all over their facilities and may not be changed unfortunately. Good luck with that! The room seemed clean but the smell was awful.

Review 44：Classed as 4* but reception and spa were but the rooms were not, the a/cwas off in the hotel the room was dusty because I had to have the windowopen all the time( I know it was end of season but it was still warm).The food in the restraraunt was only average but the prices were veryhigh and the breakfast was a buffet and was put out too early an thefood lost its quality,also in the grounds large packs of stray dogsbarked most of the night. The bathroom fittings need attention as mostwere loose and when one had a shower the water went everywhere becausethe shower head was poorly situated. I would not stay at this resort orhotel if I got it for free
