Review 2：Location was good so were the Staff very friendly and they up upgraded us to a better room because we had booked a Twin room with Single beds,and we were given a Double bed on arrival.Best straight away upgraded us

Review 3：The breakfast was not my taste, but that applies to most breakfasts in Thailand. As it was optional, this was not a severe problem.

Review 7：I think my room had the largest bed that I've ever slept in, and was really comfy too. The hotel is just across the road from a beautiful beach, which is really quite quiet as well. It's easy to pop into Chumphon as you can just jump on the truck into town for 30 baht.

Review 20：Misleading "Seaview" advertising. "Seaview" and "Gardenview" are not the nice balcony appartmentss you see on the front pic. To have them you must get Seaview premium.Seaview ends up in side windows... Finding an unsatisfied customer, the owner or GM did not even move a Baht or upgrade to the front room, saying it was "high" season, although the hotel was almost empty.Even accepting a bad review on booking.

Review 22：Air con in the room was not working and when it's 35 degrees outside, you just need it. Toilet tiles were too slippery. My two kids fell very badly

Review 26：No gripes. A few suggestions. Bring things you cannot do without, as it is a bit of a trek to the shops in Ranong. Tea making provided, but that's pretty much it. No microwave, crockery, etc. Ants could bothersome so watch where you store your food.

Review 27：The location overlooking the water, with distant views of Myanmar were great. We stayed in a villa near the water, and having 2 teenagers, needed 2 extra beds, which were promptly provided at extra cost. Nice gardens, infinity pool and pool for kids. The bathroom was huge and gave onto a large private outdoor shower area. We liked both. On the balcony, a large bench and cushions for appreciating the view, snoozing, reading a book, whatever.

Review 31：We spent almost 8 weeks in South East Asia and didn't stay anywhere with such a good location combined with very comfortable beds and an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness.

Review 32：Dirty and dusty floor in bedroom. We waited 30 minutes for our breakfast which was just an omelette. It did come so we left. All the food is cooked in the hotel and then brought out across the road to the seating area. This means that any hot food is cold by the time you get it.
