Review 1：One bathroom was smelly, the other one was without the toilet installed, the third one was with broken shower. WiFi was awful.

Review 3：The only small bad things I would add is that the dinner was quite poor in choices to eat, however, the breakfast was great. The room although it had radiators only one worked and the floor because it is tiles they were freezing to step on as one radiator couldnt heat up the whole room as they were quite big studio apartments.

Review 4：The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was amazing! The spa was fantastic! so much to do and to relax, they gave us 30% off the spa we had a massage and it was fantastic! The rooms were lovely, the hotel was beautiful at night with all the christmas lights and snow!

Review 5：Food should improve in quality. There should be signs for at least the main dishes and soups (sometimes you have to load a dish just to taste, only to realize it is something you would never even try...waste of time and food!). Bathroom, especially sink, is way under minimal standard - architectural mistake beyond repair without reconstruction. It's crazy with so much space in the room not to devote a square meter or 2 to the bathroom. Lack od furniture and hangers in the room. Asked for intervention on a leaky sink bathroom the first moment of entry - did not get fixed during the 5 day stay! Kids room needs update with games and better arrangement (table tennis in middle of room should be moved at the farther end, to avoid injuries of passer byes). Token machine often out of function!

Review 6：Great reception staff. Relatively good personnel overall (dining, bar, handy boy, ski room). Room very spacy. Excellent spa and pool facilities. Great and functional lobby and kids area. Sharp transfer to and from gondola station.

Review 7：- The Linens ( bedsheets etc ) were below from the standards of the hotel. - The towels need to be changed as they are too old! - It is unaccetable to not have greek channels on the TV, as the most of the visitors are Greek. - The Wifi does not exists and we never got online....

Review 10：The accommodation is amazing. Beautiful lobby, cozy rooms and restaurant. We loved the spa aeria especially the massage from the ladies, probably the best we've ever had. It is a modern and classic hotel at the same time. Everything was great and we will come again.

Review 11：The first evening was a nightmare,there was a group of young tourist from Greece that ware so laud,they were screaming,partying, playing laud music that we had to react to the reception and that was a sucess until 3h in the morning when they got back from night out in the town and then it was worst then when they left.We didn't get any sleep that night.We felt like we are in some student dorm.In the morning we reacted again at the reception and the next 2 nights there was no problem.

Review 19：We were initially placed in a smoking room which smelled on cigarettes. Rooms were small and not very nice. The bed was not a proper double but two beds put together. The rooms are studios with a small kitchenette which makes no sense since nobody really cooks in the rooms. The bathroom was too small.

Review 34：The location and view were great. The full concept of the resort is professionally made ( we really liked design and colors of the hotel). The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was amazing and very diverse. The whole place was ginormous and both the outdoor and indoor pool were beautiful, and the spa and fitness center were also great. We were surprised by the scout team and we highly recommend it for families with kids. With one word, if you want to have a really beautiful vacation this is the place for you.

Review 35：Poor room maintenance - the refrigerator was broken, and although we complained at the reception, nothing was done to fix it. Staff was indifferent, not very motivated or helpful. The breakfast was not organized in a good way, lack of cups for tea, for example. Cheap furniture, only 1 fork in the cupboard. Poor internet connection in the room, had to go to the lobby to get a decent Skype call. Not our first stay at Bansko, so definitely there are better value hotels nearby. Not a good value for money. Will not stay in Green Life again.

Review 43：Fridge with the minibar didn't work and was stincking. The TV didn't work as well - someone had to fix it while we were in the room. Window door mechanism were worn out and didn't work well. Rooms shared one and the same balcony. A LOT of rust around the swimming pool steps. After the second day - hotel got really crowded and the situation in the restaurant was messy - screaming children, no adult control. On top of this, excessively high prices for anything on free consumption. This reservation was not my best shot - by far!

Review 55：Let me start with the part - "I want to come back" and these are just suggestions how to improve a stay:). Our balcony was facing the mountains. The hotel is taking care of the surroundings just a bit outside its area, but then in between this and the next hotel there's a vast place with not cuted grass and not preserved territory which is not so great to look at. The room was nice but it could offer all those little extras like.. not only shampoo and shower gel, but maybe at least hair conditioner. There was a balcony that had a nice view and I think it would be usefull to have one or two chairs in it as I've seen people taking out armchairs from the rooms outside. And the last thing... I love coffee... but when I am paying 3,20 lv for a cup I really don't want to get it in a plastic cup (exactly what happened at the pool).

Review 56：The place was nice, nicely placed close to the mountains and further from the town. Some people like that, some mumble that they need to use a car for reaching the town:). The dinner which was included in the price was really the best that I have ever had in such type of offers in Bulgaria. The SPA center offered different type of saunas and the procedures offered there for an extra charge are really nice. I loved the interior there - rooms, lobby, restaurant.. all had a great designer touch to them. All this really contributed to a very nice atmosphere for a weekend getaway:)

It was advertised even on booking.com that the hotel had air-conditioning, and when we got there they told us the entire property did not have any ( it was summer time so it was pretty hot). Very small bed even though advertised as king size. Pull out couch was the worst place i have ever slept on. My back still hurts. Shower did not have a door or curtain so the entire bathroom gets soaked. Thin walls. You could hear your neighbors talking. We have two kids. One baby and they situated us on a floor where we did not have access to elevator. Just stairs. So extremely incovenient with a stroller. I hated that. Food was mediocre. Bland. Not much variety. Pool did not have enough lounge chairs for the capacity of the hotel. Small pool also. Parking was horrible. Not enough spaces. Had to park far away. No hot water one morning. During dinner one night they had kids birthday party with no regard to the rest of the guests. They were blasting music super loud and we could not hear each other and finish our dinner. It was horrible. Total chaos! Never staying there again. They advertised four stars but it can barely cover two.

We have ababy who is not in silent all day long of course so this was anotherlazy move of hotel staf. Food is not even close of the 4 star hotellevel. It is not at the 3 star level even. Very disappointed overall. :(I must say that we are not picky at all we are just looking for a normalservice that this hotel doesn't provide. I could understand that isslow season but if it's nothing opened at the place, than the hotelshould not sale the rooms att all or it should be with the big discountover 50% off.

Review 88：Hotel as a facility is ok but nothing else! Do not go there (in Banskoin general) in June! It is literally nobody there!

Review 89：We had a problem paying by credit card. We were infromed that they had such issue with foreign (not Bulgarian) credit cards. We had to pay in cash at the end. The breakfast and dinner could have been better, but it is value for money. And the swiming pool is freezingly cold (not 28 degrees C as stated)

Review 99：- hosts were very friendly and attended to most of our requests - loved the ice machine right next to the sauna - the ski/snowboard rental place in the hotel offer high quality cheap gear; the staff there are also very freindly and helpful with arranging tickets for the gondola - breakfast offered wide variety of food, however, the quality of the cold cuts and juices offered was quite poore in comparison with the other produce offered on the bufet - the receptionist waited for us until late at night and had arranged for us to get dinner even though it was after working hours - received free upgrate froma studio to a deluxe double room, which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable

Review 101：the place is amazing. granted a little far from the Gondola lift but the FREE shuttle every 30 min made it worth (4 min drive - 20 min walk). the food in both breakfast and dinner was splendid and extremely tasty. the Spa has a pool and 4 saunas, and the massages are great as well. the rooms are spacious and the WiFi in them was strong and fast. amazing staff ! overall really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again. Review 123：Where to begin ? First off, the hotel is situated near a bunch of dilapitated, unfinished buildings, far from inviting. But the most negative part of this hotel, has to be the staff. They almost seem instructed to fight you every step of the way. Examples: we wanted to upgrade our room from a flat to a double room. This was not possible, there were no cleaned rooms available - did I mention we were off season, there were perhaps 5 booked rooms for a 50plus room hotel ... The flat is equipped with a kitchenette, but is lacking ANY cooking utensils. There was no microwave, nor a water boiler (both should have been present according to the room description), we resorted to boiling water with a pan. Mentioning this to the receptionist at most resulted in a raised eyebrow, no constructive feedback whatsoever. Also, two bathrobes were included in our room rate, but they were not present in our room (little bit annoying if you want to visit the spa). Again, the receptionist claimed he couldn't possibly provide us with robes at this hour (6pm), also, we would have to pay 10BGN and were instructed to come back the next day. Next day, new receptionist, same story: you have to PAY! We stress that it is clearly stated on the website that they are included in the room rate ... no response ... a short mumble that windows is acting strangely and that he cannot verify this information so he must assume we are incorrect. In the end, we went with our own laptop to the reception and confronted them with clear proof. Reluctantly they agreed to provide us with "free" robes only after having called the supervisor ?!!?! The robes arrived 4 hours later.In conclusion: this hotel aims to do one thing and one thing only: strip you from your cash. It is by no means interested in providing a pleasant stay to its customers.PS: one last thing, when asked regarding possible outdoor activities (e.g. there is a skilift 200m from the lobby), the receptionist drew another blank.

Review 124：Spa area is nice, as is the breakfast and dining area. All comunal areas are tastefuly decorated which creates a pleasant ambiance. The massage was EXCELLENT! So far the pros ...

Review 125：Outdoor pool cold and not big enough for all the guests,lack of sun beds. Staff seemed to have a problem with English children, always telling them off, but if you are a Bulgarian family then your children seem to be able to behave as they please,play where they want and have no problem with the staff. Staff slow to solve problems, lock on door broke and had to wait several hours for it to be fixed. This meant we had to spend the morning in the room as it could not be locked:(
