Review 1：There are chairs in swimming pool area but no restchairs/deckchairs (they could put those which are probably used in the summer time at the outdoor pool); sometimes to many slow swimmers- difficult to swim. Vegetable soup at the dinner (you have always both on choice, traditional beef soup and vegetable) should be made by vegetables only, without additional meat products (ham, fat, etc.). At the dinner water and tea could be also available for free (like at breakfast). In the additional offer there is a place for cosmetic treatments,and I came to kindly ask for the appointment for massage.First of all, lady almost did not look at me (she was making a treatment to somebody-through doors of the salon you enter direct to the room for treatment) when replied very rough saying "everything is full, you have to make an appointment first!" Her energy bumped me away. I believe that this kind of person should not have possibility to offer service in the frame of so good hotel. A pitty.

Review 2：Excellent and very clean hotel for relax, perfect location nearby the sea and marina, close to the city center. New modern rooms beautiful view, delicious Slovenian specialties- like cottage cheese and nuts&dried fruit at breakfast; infusion tea at bar (not served in filter bags- healthy !), excellent wine, fish every day at the dinner, I loved potato salad, also ice cream every evening- you have to keep those good choices! In swimming pool area more different pools, but also a very good swimming pool for swimmers. Very attentive staff-lifeguard gave the instruction to all to leave a part of the swimming pool for swimmers when having organized gymnastic exercises in pool. Very professional and attentive, kind hotel staff.

Review 3：The other clients were very very old ( 90%of them )-retired persons and I felt I was in a special place for this kind of persons.

Review 5：so many old people up to 60 -years old, very horrible sound izolation in room, for breakfast still the same food, staff don´t speak english, very small balcony, without fridge in room,

Review 7：This is a hotel mainly for retired, local people over 65-70. It was a surprise for us but the 80% of the guests were over this age. Staff cannot really speak in english and they are not flexible at all. Information is only on slovenian language everywhere in the hotel. In summer it is hard to find parking place especially on weekend, we had problems with this. There was dancing night in the hotel that’s why it was full with outside people also so we couldn’t find any parking place. The Lady at the reception advised to park in the garage for 3 EUR /day and if we can find place at the other day we can give back the key of the garage and pay only one day. The next day we gave back the key and they charged for us 2 days but it was not even 24 hour… We tried to explain to the older „Gentleman” who was on duty at the reception but he just repeated that this is two days: 8th and 9th… I couldn’t even finish my sentence and of course he didn’t really understand english. The room is nice and big but there is not fridge in it, we tried to ask on the last day to put our bottle wine into a fridge in the restaurant or somewhere else but of course also not possible… Breakfast and dinner are also very poor and boring after 3 days with always the same choice. Outside pool is not so bad but there is queue from 8:30 in the morning full of older guest waiting for let them in at 9:00. They are running right after opening to reserve a deck chair… quite funny. I would recommend Portoroz or Piran, these cities are beautiful and beaches are also much more comfortable.

Review 9：-Only few members of the staff speak English but it didn't really cause me any problems even though I don't speak a word of Slovenian, you always find a way to communicate. -Most of the other guests were elderly people, didn't bother me but if you're looking for a hotel with nightlife and partying, this is not your place

Review 10：Clean and spacious room with a balcony in a quite big hotel, located a short walking-distance from the centre of Izola. There is a concrete beach right next to the hotel, and the hotel had inside and outside pools too, though they were very crowded, unlike the beach. Had a half-board and the food was average, buffet-style, in a not too crowded dining hall. Wifi was excellent. There is also a DM drugstore and Spar supermarket close by, just a few minutes walk away.

Review 19：Hotel is mainly for old people. There was a marathon the day I did the check out, and I was never told that the streets around the hotel would be closed. So after doing the check out, I had to wait 2 hours to leave the hotel.
